They provide excellent quality service and always go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I previously had a Ford that I had the Honda service… department work on because the fird dealer was unable to fix my issue after 3 visits. I now own only Honda vehicles due to the service department. Great service and fair prices.Service advisor Ron Tranka

An unexpectedly good experience.
by unionleslie on 04/09/2021I usually avoid dealerships, but I’m new in town. I had three problems that would cause me to fail inspection. It was easy to make an appointment, they explained things well, and I didn’t feel as if they were trying to sell me more work… than what I really needed. And they provided a Lyft to take me home and pick me up the very next day. Quick work, no add-ons. Thanks, Keil. What an amazing experience

We were in need of a vehicle right away because of an accident. Zia made sure he took all precautions… to sanitize vehicle. Keep a friendly distance and also let us test drive multiple vehicles on our own . by Paul on 06/08/2019After reading the reviews on this dealership, I decided I want to buy from them without the hassle of buying a used car. I was so wrong with this dealership. They advertised the Pilot for $24,971. I called them and said I was interested.… The guy was pushing me to finance with them. I said I can pay cash, cashier's check or bank transfer (Currently I was out of town), and to make the deal go smoother I said I'll go with their financing. I told them I'd easily get qualified since my score is 846/850. I think this is where things started going south. I got transferred to Big Rick. With all respect to him, but this guy was all over the place on the things he was mumbling about, telling stories that were irrelevant to the transaction, extremely rude, and just disrespectful. He just didn't want to listen, kept on saying meaningless things. He was just trying to push me away to not buy the car. I figured this out after we finished our conversation. They increased the price to $25,624 that same night. Even if you offer that price, I'm sure they wouldn't sell it to you. They're looking for someone with average or low credit so they can make the most out of the transaction in high interest and fees. So simply they wouldn't take cash, cashier's check or any sort of payments. They wouldn't want to finance either, because they thought with my high credit score they wouldn't make much on the interest. Plus the way they do their business is extremely unethical and unprofessional to say the least. I tried to get the GM's name but no one would give his or her number. I doubt how they got all the high reviews with such horrible ways of dealing with people. I used to work at a franchise dealership in Dallas and I know how things go. I will be filing a report with the attorney general, and the authorities regulating this industry. I will take it as high as I can to let people know of their deceiving practices. I'm really tired of dealership advertising a price and when you call them it's a totally different price. This is illegal and they should held liable for false advertising. Do not deal with this company. If you do look at the details of the transaction. BTW, Oni is one the guys I dealt with, a real class act and a wonderful guy.3rd purchase

They were courtesy and friendly like most are - but this was more sincere than just words can… describe. I could have bought a car anywhere but I wanted to be a part of this great team. So glad I chose to work with Honda Cars of McKinney.Excellent sales person but the financial head was exploiting the situation
by Divyakarthik on 12/01/2018The sales person Jay who was with us was amazing .. undoubtedly he did his best and is still helpful when in need 😍 .. the PROBLEM we had was with the FINANCIAL HEAD who at the crucial moment after finalizing everything kept a check that… we had to opt for financing only in the bank they stated with highest APR and was forced to select the highest repayment period .. so just be mindful during the final moments before signing the papers .. THE FIVE STAR HERE IS FOR THE SALES PERSON ONLYBest Honda dealership in Texas

Their approach was direct and transparent and data consistent to other sources. I was remote to McKinney and did not set foot in… the dealership until delivery! Many/most dealers can not operate that customer direct!
