They Had to special order a tire and allowed me to pay after it was installed rather than pre paid. Also had a sensor issue that was fixed immediately. Great… all around.Great

We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and how much we could afford. No it wasn't a brand new car but a new to us car but the best we… could find with limited funds. We found our own financing thanks to years of taking care of our credit. Rhonda Cox came out to us. Did some paperwork and gave us the keys to try it out and we loved it. The problem It was an older, not so expensive car that our bank decided wasn't worthy. But it was. A great car and a great price. We though we were going to have to give it up but Rhonda took us to talk to Brad and he changed it all around. He found us some excellent financing and we got to keep our new to us car. No more of my wife worrying about me driving our old, very unsafe, not worth repairing car. All thanks to Rhonda Cox and Brad in finance. Thank you all, so very much. You have relieved my wives worries and at a price we could afford.That's wonderful to hear! We appreciate you sharing your story! I really enjoyed the low pressure… interactions as we were able to quickly arrive at a good deal on the car, arrange financing, and help me get out the door quickly to make it to a scheduled dentist appt. He arranged for me to come back the next day when I had more time to complete make ready and detailing on the car, and made sure the car looked great. I was very satisfied and would buy from Covert Ford Hutto again without hesitation.Service
