    I have a 06 Pontiac sedan and I normally go to the dealship for minor service such as oil changes and tire rotation. And every single time I go I am either missing a tire cap or just waiting long. My last service dated was Feb 11, 2008 and I was in for an regular oil change. Well I was kind of excited this time because it was only one car in the two car garage. So as I was waiting a guy came in and asked me how long have I been waitng and I told him for about 30 minutes and he stated," that he had been since 9:00 and at that time it was going on 2;30. He told me that he was getting more then minior repairs but what became the issue was that they didnt have the part at the location and they did not tell him until after her returned hours llater from the mall. So I wait some more and I see the guy who wrote my service ticket come in and speak to another customer but he never says anything to me. Well, the young man who was working on my car asks me if i had a red sedan and I said yes and he states your car has been ready no one called you.'' So I then go to the cashier and ask him if he has the ticked to my car and he states no. Fumbles around in some papers in front and then checks inside of a basket and finds my keys.

    I live a long way from this delership, so triple checked that they were going to give me the price we had verbally negotiated before making the long drive to them (check in hand). When I got to the dealership, I was told that they thought I was talking about a different vehicle (that was priced $3000 less than the price we had negotiated) and would not honor the verbal commitment.

About our dealership
