    I leased an X7 from one dealership in Texas and did not receive very good service. I started having the vehicle's maintenance performed at Momentum and was blown away by their superior level of customer service. Everyone I was in contact with, was exceptional. Just yesterday, I traded in my X7 for a brand new one and had an incredible experience every step of the way. Rocky, my Sales Rep, handled everything with superior professionalism and customer service. Maurice in Finance made the process such a breeze (never have I ever bought a car so quickly and easily!) Then, Garrett (on his very first day at Momentum) helped me get acquainted with my new vehicle (a process I did not receive with the first car at the other dealership). Again, everyone is amazing at this dealership and I have been, and will continue to tell everyone I know to go and visit this dealership.

    Great sales team. Our Sales Representative maintained contact with us over the years to be sure we were satisfied with our vehicles. Seems that this dealership has many long-time employees (not a lot of turnover) which demonstrates dedication of management and staff.

  • Defective 2023 740

    I bought a brand new 2023 BMW 740 about 3 weeks ago. I drove the car and could hear a squeaking sound. (I thought it was the brakes) I called in and asked when I could bring the car in for service and explained the noise I heard. I was informed that they did not have any loaner cars and to come in the following week on Monday to drop the car off. I got there and all they had was a 5 series... no shade but if I turn in a brand new 7, id like something a little more comparable to my car. ~ I didn't hear from them until I called them on Wednesday and was told that it wasn't the brakes but instead the rear differential that was squeaking. They now have to replace it and the part has to come from Germany because there are none in the US. They aren't sure how long it'll take to come in. I came into the dealership after not hearing from them by Friday and demanded they give me a different car as a loaner and explained that Im not even comfortable in a car with a major component that's defective. Fast forward, now we are on week 3 of not having my car, they still don't know when the part will be in and to trade in the car in that I drove for less than 2 weeks, the trade in value is 84k and to get me into another car, I need to come up with 15k. The entire process is one big ball of frustration. ~Guess I need to contact an attorney at this point. Initially the service was great, now all I hear is there is nothing they can do. I’ll never buy the BMW brand again. I’m definitely going back to Benz

    Been quiet about my experiences at Momentum BMW but I have to admit it's gotten better and better. the speed and cohesive operation of the team is exceptional. My guy is Sheff but was about to go on vacation and new he wouldn't be around to finish the job in his usual perfect manner so he handed me off to Jorge. without hesitation Jorge knocked it out the park and not even being here, Sheff followed up with me to ask if I was well taken care off while on vacation. Who does that anymore? ...apparently these two guys at Momentum BMW

    Rocky was the salesman for my fiancé and I. We have bought several cars in the past but there had never been an experience as desirable, smooth, customer centered, and Swift as this experience! Rocky definitely went above, and beyond, while exceeding every single expectation that we had during the entire process, which was seamlessly fast! He did everything in his power to make sure we were able to take the car that we desired. He worked with the upmost integrity. You could absolutely tell that he loves the job that he does, takes pride in the work that he provides, and gives each individualized customer the best experience possible. We will definitely be returning to purchase another vehicle with this dealership and continue to do business with this particular dealership, just based off the experience that was provided. We also want to make sure we recognize Shan as he also provided an amazing test drive experience for us. He answered all the questions thoroughly when we were testing out the car. They are both very knowledgeable in the service they provide and take great pride in what they do! They both quickly addressed any concerns that we may have had, and rectified them all expeditiously.     Great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Momentum BMW. I assisted my son in purchasing a Rav4 and was very impressed by the staff at Momentum BMW. From booking a test drive to financing the vehicle. I found everyone there to be honest and helpful through the entire process. Jalen booked our test drive and provided all the preliminary information I needed. Sirgany met us for the test drive and worked with us on getting pricing, questions answered and getting us ready for financing. The sales manager was nice, informed us on what he could and couldn't do, and was very open when providing us pricing on the vehicle. Matt at financing was super helpful in getting us the financing we were looking for. Overall a great experience.

    Shockingly, being part of Sonic, this location is lagging to adopt and respect internet buyer trends. With used car prices up 25 to 30% due to chip shortages angle lagging new car production, this dealership egregiously tries to demand frivolous add-ons like so many to boost profits and basically steal from their customers. Warning to the leadership: What goes around comes around. The tide will shift and customers lost will not forget not forgive.

  • Poor customer service, indifferent management

    I bought a brand new 330i from Momentum. The waiting time to complete this purchase was horrendous, almost 3 hours after we agreed on price and terms. It seems that the hard sell for expensive insurance takes precedent over customer satisfaction. After driving the car for a few days I noticed that it was uncomfortable to impossible for me to climb in and out of the driver's seat. The vehicle is too low and I am not that strong and flexible. I tried to trade my car in (3 weeks old, 140 miles) for a new X3 or X5 which are taller and easier to climb. After waiting for 2 hours they appraised my brand new 330i at 30% below the sales price, much lower than CarMax offered. If this reflects the low confidence that BMW places in the resale value of their products, may be all buyers should think twice what we buy. In summary, I own a car that I cannot drive and Momentum was essentially indifferent or hostile to my problem. May be a 2* rating is too high?

  • A Luxury Dealership Without The Stuffiness

    This Sonic dealership was built in a former Sears location. Unlike those palatial, intimidating high-end structures, the ambiance is more casual, although luxurious where it should be. Staff is courteous, without being syrupy. In short, all the amenities without the fluff. I was attracted to a 2019 Audi e-tron, and was greeted by George Sanchez. He's young (as are much of the employees), ambitious without being overbearing, and a pleasure to work with. Negotiations were calm and highly professional. Although we didn't come to terms on the first go-'round, a next-day visit proved successful. Sales Manager Aaron Anderson sealed the deal, and Finance Manager Matt Harris overcame a technical issue, allowing us to drive it away. By all means, include Momentum in your search, and see George ... you'll be well-treated.
