Forced over priced dealer add on’s

They wouldn’t sale the vehicle without thousands of dollars in add on’s. Not everyone wants 4 grand in useless add on’s. If you find… a similar vehicle else where, start there and save money.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for this negative sales visit experience you had with us. 2023 used Dodge purchase
by Sterling8891 on 12/13/2023Traded in a truck for a used 2023 dodge. Informed dealer that there was another dodge same year that I was looking at at another dealership. Informed them that I didn’t want an extended warranty since there was one that was cheaper and… also that factory warranty on vehicle was still good for another 10k miles and 3 years and that I work offshore and truck would sit for 9 months out of the year. Found out after purchase that they charged me over 10k in extended warranties and never asked if I would like to add it even after telling them I didn’t want extended warranty. I understand car market it slow and dealer makes the most of there money on extended warranties now but just be honest and not try to sneak warranties in. Just bad customer service and trust is lost.Top Notch

He doesn’t know how to deal with clients that have questions. He starts raising his voice and doesn’t know how to… explain the process to your customers. The only reason I would go back and let friends and family know is because of the service I received from Kensy and Chris. I will let them know to stay away fro Peter. Walked in and asked for the sales mgr and told him what we were in the market for and he… assigned a very kind and knowledgeable salesman to us. I told him which car I wanted, what I had to finance my deal with and what I was putting down and he said wanna take her for a ride? Drove it and fell in love! Came back and did the deal and was in and out in probably 3 hrs. From the receptionist to the sales mgr, to the sales man to the finance mgr every single one were very kind, professional, and treated me with the upmost respect. Not once did they talk down to me like I was “just a woman”. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy. I bought a 2022 Buick Envision SUV and I absolutely love it! They also have GMC products and seemed to have quite a large inventory. Thanks to all of you at Sterling McCall Buick/ GMC. You folks are the best ! Sterling McCall GMC Buick had one that interested me for a reasonable… price. I went by to test drive it and met a friendly and awesome sales consultant, Jesse Reyes. Jesse Reyes made a conscious effort and went the extra mile in making sure that all my requests were met. I test drove the truck and purchased it 30 minutes later. I did not have to haggle with pricing, I gave Jesse and the sales manager my pricing and they were very accommodating and helpful. I can’t even get in touch with my sales person anymore. I felt like only my money was… wanted.
