He pulled all the information my car had and informed me of the services I needed for my car. It was time to replace a battery which is good I dont want to get stuck.… He told me about my upcomming services which I elected to go ahead and get out of the way. Time is very valuable to me that is why I like comming here. He got me a ride to work and had me picked up in the afternoon. I was suprised that the car was so clean when they finished with it. I will be asking for him in the futureX5 maintenance

by miniman4 on 10/07/2009We replaced the battery in our 2006 Mini Cooper on July 25, 2008. It was supposed to have a two year warranty. The battery died again this week (Oct 5, 2009). Momentum Mini refused to honor the warranty saying we did not put enough miles… on the car. You heard that right, not enough miles on the car (about 6,000 per year). It cost a little over $300 for the new battery and labor. This is our second Mini both purchased from Momentum. It will be our last.Momentum Service Excellent

The group has always been cordial, thorough and conscientious, and meticulous in the work they do. by katiebella on 02/11/2014updated 07/24/2025Funny how the Mini dealership I went to for Service in another state said everything my car needs is covered with my plans except tires but at Momentum I have all these "extras" that are needed and cost a lot of $$$$. Never going back.
