    My 2012 Cooper clubman was purchased with help from salesperson Brian B. Buying with Brian was such a pleasure! I am now considering upgrading to a countryman and wouldn't consider doing business elsewhere. I was treated like family by Brian and would like to feel I have returned the kindness. I am a nurse and helped mentor his daughter after she graduated from nursing school. The family at momentum is great, come join us.
  • Battery Problem

    We replaced the battery in our 2006 Mini Cooper on July 25, 2008. It was supposed to have a two year warranty. The battery died again this week (Oct 5, 2009). Momentum Mini refused to honor the warranty saying we did not put enough miles on the car. You heard that right, not enough miles on the car (about 6,000 per year). It cost a little over $300 for the new battery and labor. This is our second Mini both purchased from Momentum. It will be our last.

    I have a 2004 Mini from this Momentum dealer and the service department is superlative. The group has always been cordial, thorough and conscientious, and meticulous in the work they do. The warranty on a Mini is quite a good one and the service department is even better.

    Funny how the Mini dealership I went to for Service in another state said everything my car needs is covered with my plans except tires but at Momentum I have all these "extras" that are needed and cost a lot of $$$$. Never going back.

    I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Mini Clubman S from Momentum Mini this past weekend. My salesman Alex Ferreris was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He made the entire purchasing process enjoyable. It was like I was dealing with an old friend. I felt extrememly welcome by the entire dealership. They went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed for the process. I am extremely pleased with not only my new car but the whole process.
