This is now our fifth MINI, and our fourth leased from Momentum MINI. Sales and service are top-notch. Momentum MINI delivered our fourth MINI about two months ago, and about 6 weeks and 1500 miles later, we were in a crash. Insurance… declared it a total loss. That was very disappointing, given that we'd ordered the car and waited months for delivery. As soon as we told Momentum about the loss, they swung into action and located a new car that matched our most important specs within a day or so. The car's even an upgrade in some ways, and we didn't have to wait for a new build. Amazing.

Treated like family

I am now considering upgrading to a countryman and wouldn't consider doing business elsewhere. I was treated like family by… Brian and would like to feel I have returned the kindness. by miniman4 on 10/07/2009We replaced the battery in our 2006 Mini Cooper on July 25, 2008. It was supposed to have a two year warranty. The battery died again this week (Oct 5, 2009). Momentum Mini refused to honor the warranty saying we did not put enough miles… on the car. You heard that right, not enough miles on the car (about 6,000 per year). It cost a little over $300 for the new battery and labor. This is our second Mini both purchased from Momentum. It will be our last.Momentum Service Excellent

The group has always been cordial, thorough and conscientious, and meticulous in the work they do. by katiebella on 02/11/2014updated 07/16/2025Funny how the Mini dealership I went to for Service in another state said everything my car needs is covered with my plans except tires but at Momentum I have all these "extras" that are needed and cost a lot of $$$$.
