    I bought a truck here and in less than a week it broke down. I took it back an while they had it, they called me and told me my truck was broken in to and my window was broken and all 4 tires were stolen. They told me it was not there problem and I should call my own insurance and to please get my truck off their lot.

We apologize for any inconveniences or sufferings that this has caused, and for any of our communications that might have not come across in the right way. The vehicle was locked and parked in a fenced and locked parking lot. Any time damages exceed a certain amount, we refer them to the insurance provider. Unfortunately, in the instance of a customer vehicle incurring damages, insurance refers back to the insurance of the owner of the vehicle. We completely understand that it doesn’t feel right to go through this, but it is the process that we have to follow. I believe that both our sales and service teams have been in touch, please let us know how we can assist you through the process.
