Phenomenal Experience

To get exceptional service you first have to experience below subpar service. My husband and I were wanting to trade in my Jeep for an updated one. What ended up happening is ending up standing in front of several gentleman outside of Fred… Haas Toyota in a rage fueled fit having just come from Tomball Dodge. We were extremely clear in what we were now expecting in vehicles but more importantly in customer service. Syed Ahmed stepped up and from beginning to end excelled in every aspect of our experience with Toyota. I am a first time Toyota buyer and purchased a 2024 4Runner. My husband and I were able to look at several choices in price and style while out on the lot shopping and our experience went up even more when we went inside. We thought we had just walked in on a commercial. The look of the dealership was so inviting and the staff was well dressed and very approachable and accommodating. And I’ve never seen so many buyers in negotiations for their next vehicle. Syed Ahmed sat us down and was real and honest during the whole process and even though the only thing he couldn’t get me was my 450 a month payment I was so use to he got me pretty dang close. We left honestly feeling like friends and wanting to stand around and chat which Syed even stayed after the lights were turning off at 9pm when it was closing time to make sure we understood our vehicle inside and out. Our experience blows away any I’ve ever had. We will be spreading his name around and continuing our new partnership with this dealership in the future. Oh… and I absolutely LOVE my 4Runner.

Highly disappointed!
by Rae_W on 11/18/2017The advisor that I had was beyond horrible! Got there at 10am didn’t leave until 3pm just for an oil change. I have never had a problem at this location until today! The advisor that helped me did not even call, update me on anything about… my car, I called the service desk so they can transfer me to his office phone and he didn’t even bother.BEST quality of service

She is one top notch service manager. She is meticulous, courteous and… professional in her demeanor. You can buy a car anywhere, it is the service personnel and the quality of service that determines if you return when it's time to get a new car or not. Keep up the great job! Thanks to Ms Martin and to Fred Haas Toyota Country. As long as she is there, I will continue to return to have my Toyotas serviced again and again.Fraud

He said they would do a soft pull to check for best interest rate when they actually did a hard pull. After we discussed what… happen, he tried to explain again with another lie. I then got upset and asked for my keys to my car they had appraised. Farouk M. Sumani got upset and slams my keys on the desk, again very unproffesional and do not understand the dealerships tactics on customer service. For this reason, I did not buy from them and writing this rating to let the buyers to be aware of Fred Hass Toyota. If I could do a zero star I would give that instead. Again, they are unprofessional and will lie to you, so stay away from them.Best All Around Dealership

I have owned vehicles from other dealers, Ford, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, but have never received the same quality of care that I have received from Fred Haas Toyota Country. This… care doesn't stop once you have leased or purchased your new vehicle. From my first contact with a sales associate, in my case Eric Coleman, to finance and then to the service department, especially with Jan Martin, I have always received excellent service in all aspects of the process. On a personal note, when my Mother in Law passed away several years ago we received a beautiful flower arraignment with a heartfelt message from the dealership. It is for this and many other reasons I have recommended Fred Haas Toyota Country to family and friends with the utmost confidence and will continue to do so.Fred Haas Toyota Country great place to buy a car

HUGE thanks to Tom P (Internet Sales Manager) at FredHaas Hwy 249, he is outstanding in his position and a truly great asset to Fred Haas Hwy 249. I had dealt with 6 dealerships in my hunt for 2015 XLE Pearl White… Camry, the most worst car dealership is Fred Haas I45 where I met Sharon a very rude sale woman (I knew more about the product than this sale woman) and a dishonest sale manager Jim, who agreed my offer (after 4 members of my family have been waiting for 2 hrs in the lobby to see his decision) for a 2015 Camry XLE super white but he swap a different one which is a blue 2015 Camry SE, the one we did not offer. We left the I45 dealership immediately and swore never to come back to FredHass. A morning after, I got an email/call from Tom P from Fred Haas 249, it was a pleasure to talk to him and it changed my mind, we got a car (2015 XLE Pearl White Camry) 2 hours later at FredHass 249 after his first call, a HUGE thank again to Tom P as I got exact car I was looking for, you are a fabulous staff made my day so very special and Tom you are the man who saves FredHass nameOil change & Service

My assistant was notified immediately that I was there. Brandon told me it would be… approximately 1 hour and I received my courtesy call that my vehicle was ready in slightly under an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They did fix my car but I still hear the noise… and I guess they couldn't figure out where it's coming from and no feed back regarding it but I had explained to them about it.
