    I had a ticket left at my car's window at my apartment from someone saying “URGENT SAFETY RECALL” and had a description to come to one of the nearest toyota service centre to fix an electronic component which may not operate in some… crashes. Earlier, I had no nose inside of my vehicle but after I got this ticket left at my home , my car is making a lot of noise while operating it & also this ticket has clearly mentioned you have to come to fix the noise filter as well & in accordance with this ticket left at my car I went to a nearest toyota service center to fix it but it seems like they haven’t touched to fix noise filter and air bags because I am still hearing a lot noise and the passenger’s air bags remains always off mode. Please suggest what I should do next, I literally need to fix these immediately.

  • Bad service! Sold me a used truck with bad brakes

    I came in to my 1st oil change after buying a used truck. They handed my keys and I was on my way. As I was driving I noticed a whistling sound. After a week I opened hood and found filter laying on the engine.I was missing a hub cap. Then… after reading the paperwork It says I need brakes! I just got the truck! I was sold a truck with bad brakes making it unsafe to drive. I am dissatisfied. I really thought buying a truck from Auto Nation Toyota dealer would bring me peace of mind.

    Rachel De Leon was awesome through my entire purchase process. She was engaging, very attentive, honest and professional. She made me feel at ease when I was very nervous inside.     Terrible, ruined my daughters first car buying experience. Sales manager is rude, there is zero communion between departments and getting a call back without being made to feel you are a bother is impossible. Sales manager made it very… clear that he”signs many repairs approvals on a daily basis” ours was no different. And this is a service issue not sales even though we only had the car in our possession for 8 days after purchase

    Awesome, went in for an oil change. I added a few things, I wanted them to look at the wheel well and the tire pressure. As I drove they have that gadget to check alignment, it indicated back drivers side needed alignment. They ended not… needing to do alignment, so did not charge. Also, the tire pressure turned out not to be a problem so did not charge for that. They sent a picture of the cabin air looked bad so asked to change it. Not something I could do myself. Come out charged less then expected.

    I will never again set foot in this car dealership. I can't even bring myself to go back to get some things checked out. I'd rather do it myself to know that it was done correctly. I spent 6 hours there, waiting for paint to dry. My car was… suppose to have been detailed and charging the whole time. I was only interested in one vehicle so, it wasn't a question of me not purchasing the thing. By the time I was done there it was 6:30, my car was barely charged enough to make it home. The sales dude was alright, but as with any other car dealership experience you knew he was NOT going above and beyond and customer satisfaction clearly wasn't a priority. I had just found a manager to actually complain (which I so rarely do), and he finally decided to pull up with my barely charged car that didn't look like they'd done any detailing, or anything else. Carvana from now on-all day every day. The prices are a little higher than they would be at a normal dealership, but ever car I've gotten from them was pristine, perfect condition. The convenience of having it delivered and being able to complete the credit stuff in 30 minutes is well worth the extra you spend.

Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted… by Connie at the front desk, who promptly connected me with Carlos Barrera, the salesman I had been communicating with over the phone. While I waited, Mike Child, the General Manager, personally expressed his appreciation for my visit and ensured that my needs were being attended to.     I had a great experience at AutoNation Gulf Freeway Toyota. Setting up a service appointment was a breeze. Joe Vaske, the Service Advisor, provided excellent service, kept me informed throughout my visit and did a great job of explaining… the maintenance items that required my attention. I highly recommend this dealership, and Joe Vaske in the Service Department for all your service needs. I bought my truck here, too, and had a great experience with the sales team, as well.
