Rude customer service and negative experience.
by Ahad on 10/25/2024The GM and management provided a negative experience. Unprofessional correspondence and poor business ethics. Too many dealerships to choose from to go with these guys. Think 1990s early 2000s type dealership experience.

Facebook ad.
by William on 10/04/2020Seen an add on Facebook for a used 2015 mustang this morning, wrote the dealership on Facebook asking if the vehicle was still available, they assured me the vehicle was still available when they arrived at the dealership this morning. I… drove 2 hours to arrive at the dealership to them telling me the vehicle had been sold day(s) ago. And that they have no control over who is responding on Facebook for the adds for their dealership. And blamed the Weatherford, Texas location for the complete miscommunication and that they controlled Shottenkirk Toyota of Granbury Facebook adds on facebook.
