    I purchased the Ford Escape Hybrid from Mac Haic Ford in Georgetown, Texas. I did a lot of research online so I knew what I was looking for. They had two 2023 Escape Hybrids in stock. I needed a small SUV that I could tow behind my RV and to my surprise, the Escape Hybrid can be towed per the manual. Salesman was very informative but not pushy. Spent a lot of time with me which helped with all the electronics that the car has. Same good experience with the Finance person. It was a very satisfactory sales experience. I highly recommend checking out Mac Haic when looking for a Ford product. Two issues with the liftgate on the car but both were addressed by the dealership.

    I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Lincoln Corsair thinking I would like to keep the service with the dealership. 1. It should not take 2.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires. 2. The car service was completed and returned to the front of the building. It stood there until I asked why the car is out front and I am still waiting. 3. There were greasy footprints on my carpet. This was the first amd LAST time I use this "service'.

    Had an appointment for routine periodic service + 60,000-mile recommended items AND two road hazard damaged tires. On time intake, great communication, and a little over two hours to complete all the work (as expected). I prepaid for periodic service and road hazard insurance when I bought the truck, so my total bill was $0. Couldn't have asked for better service. Kudos to my service advisor, Deborah Gonzalez!

    Got the sticking door fixed. It appears that the major thing concerning the thumping noise on the back passenger side of car has ceased. The noise in ceiling is still occurring. Will take back in for another look.

    MacHaik did an outstanding job on my a/c repair. From start to finish I was kept informed and the time to repair exceeded my expectations. Car was left clean and good shape. Service rep. could not have been better. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and most importantly listened to me and provided me with feedback on work progress.

    It's well known that the Maverick Hybrid is so popular that Ford cannot supply demand. I was blown away that I was able to get my Hybrid this soon approximately 8 months when most are having to wait well over a year. Doc was a true veteran and excellent to work with, straight answers to all my questions; helpful in considering and ordering options, 100% knowledgeable about the product, and kept me informed every step of the way. I will recommend friends and family to Doc in particular. Thanks Doc and thanks Mac Haik.

    Was sold a different car than what I test drove and liked. Yes, the car that you sold me has nicer rims, but the transmission on this car is awful. It’s like you tried to get rid of a bad car and passed it off to me. None of the managers apologized for the inconvenience nor any compensation given to me. Absolutely ridiculous and my family has been buying ford vehicles for 50 years.

    We needed a new car but were not sure what we wanted. We stopped at MacHaik Ford to look at Explorers and were assisted by Muta Machemedze. He was very helpful and patient with us, showed us a variety of Explorers and went on a short test drive. We asked about a smaller SUV and they had several Bronco Sports. We liked them and took a longer test drive and decided to buy. The entire staff were helpful and didn't try to hard sell us. The sales manager and financing guy were awesome and helped us get special Ford Credit financing.

    We have always made appointments for service for our Ford Edge but didn’t need one for our inspection. We checked in and it took a total of 35 min to out the door. Excellent service with a pass!!!!

  • New battery replacement - installation

    Disappointed in technician service on battery replacement. My terminal clamps were re-installed (with a brand new Motocraft battery installed) still loaded with old corrosion from the old battery - caked all around the terminal clamps - solid. I never experienced this before and feel that the clamps and significant amounts of corrosion should be cleaned off by technician. It can be cleaned with a battery terminal spray cleaner - acid cleaner - baking soda, wire brush, etc. Also, does not appear to have any anti-corrosion spray or di-electric grease on new terminals to prevent future corrosion. Just dissapointed as I will need to go purchase spray cleaner and do it myself after a $220.00 bill and 1/2 day off work.
