by Jared Colson on 08/29/2024I've owned my 2016 GMC for about 3 years now. In that 3 years, all but 1 service appointments have been managed by the Glenn Polk Chevy Buick GMC service center. Today the car continues to run flawlessly at 120k+ miles. The one oil… change, NOT done by Glenn Polk, but by an out of town quick lube shop closed the hood on a dissasebled air intake. From the mechanics in the shop to the receptionists in the office this place has never let me down and has taken excellent care of my car. Life has been a lot like NASCAR lately so I don't have time to do my own work, that's why I pit at Glenn Polk GMC.Thank you, Jared. I have learned in my 30 years of selling and servicing vehicles that if customers are willing to bring their vehicles to a factory-authorized certified dealership for ALL of their maintenance and repair needs, it will increase the longevity of their vehicles and enhance their ownership experience. Like you said - "there's no substitute for a pit crew."

We had originally been in touch with Jacob about purchasing a 2024 Acadia - he kept us updated on timing and called the second he had… one unloaded off the truck for me to come see in person. Ultimately it was not for us. Jacob was completely understanding and had a great handle on what we needed our vehicles to be able to withstand. He suggested both the Tahoe and Yukon and talked about the different packages. Ultimately we decided on a Yukon and on custom ordering one with Glenn Polk. Placing the order was seamless and quick - Jacob made sure we got every single thing we wanted and kept us up to date on when he thought it would arrive. The Yukon ended up coming in a month earlier than anticipated - which was an amazing surprise and the contract and financing process was a breeze! Cannot thank and appreciate the Glenn Pol team enough. They truly made the car buying process so simple and easy.
