Typical OEM facility

Also not available to converse about how a previous repair probably caused secondary repairs 3 months… later. Overall, Polk is a typical OEM repair facility; nothing above or beyond.Suzy, thank you for your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of urgency you experienced. That is not the standard we set for ourselves, and I will be addressing this with our team right away. For over 30 years, we have worked to provide a family-owned and operated atmosphere that goes above and beyond, and in this case, we clearly fell short. I also appreciate you bringing this to my attention, as it allows us the chance to improve.
