I was even able to leave an hour earlier than planned. The end result is that my '14… Cruze runs like new, and I am one happy customer again.Congratulations on your new Cruze! Engine Repair
by Cat_Daddy on 06/13/2017It started as a typical Monday with a bang. My car started giving me warning beeps and the dreaded check engine light came on. So as safely and slowly as I could took car to the dealer where I purchased it 6 years ago. What a great… decision that was. I was so impressed with the way they treated me and my car. Courtesy shuttle home, was called that evening with an estimate for price and repair time, both were practical given the amount of work needed to the engine. repairs were actually completed faster than originally promised. Service advisor was in contact with me through out the entire process with daily status updates. Great customer service is easy to talk about on television ads but to really deliver it in real life is very impressive. I will be doing business here again and look forward to it.Quality service

The salesman we were talking to via email prior to our visit was with another customer so he asked someone else to… assist. The finance manager even came out of his office to meet us prior to the point in the transaction where we were signing papers. We never felt over sold or pressured into any decision we were trying to make. In fact, we went home and slept on the offer before returning to close the sale. When we returned we were met with the same enthusiasm and respect as before and the paperwork was all ready for us to sign. Overall, this was our best car buying experience yet!Best service ever

Compared to others that were there for more serious concerns, I was pleased that the service techs were able to fix a tire that was punctured from a nail.… This was accomplished in record time. Charmaine, the service rep assigned to me was very kind and kept me informed of the work. I am very pleased with the service I received.Service dept.
