by LJBarnes on 11/21/2023The salesman who helped me was Mo Ibrahim. He was so kind and respectful, and I would buy from him again. I visited another dealership earlier in the day, and the salesman there did all the expected high pressure tactics: "I've got another… family trying to buy this car," adding extras that *could not be undone* to the price of the car, etcetera. It was an immediate turn off. My experience with Mo was the complete opposite. I normally hate buying from a dealership, but I would go back to AutoNation in North Richland Hills because Mo was honest and kind - no shady pressure tactics. Horrible service

Worst Scheduling in the industry
by Mr.SWood on 10/09/2023The service department leaves a lot to be desired. Waited a few weeks for an appointment. Then drop off my car and don't hear anything from them all week. Call to get an update on my car only to be told that they haven't even looked at the… car. When I asked when they might get around to looking at my car, they said maybe next week or the week after. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not able to get to the vehicle. Then why not call the customer and tell them you are behind and reschedule their appointment. Instead of letting them waist a week, possibly 3 with no loaner vehicle. I spoke to the general manager who had someone from the service department who told me the car would be brought in the following Tuesday. I was also told that they just stack cars up for appointment regardless of how long they will keep your vehicle. He said if I come get my car I will be removed from the list. Since they had already had my car for coming on 3 weeks, I agreed to them keeping my car. I never once received a phone call from the dealership. Well, here it is Saturday and I still have not had a word so I will be going there today pick up my vehicle and take it to some place that respects their customers time and property. They said they are very busy well I will help them get less busy buy taking my car somewhere else. They have had my car since the 14th of September It was 7 October when I went and got my car. And it took an hour for an oil change which I guess it’s not too bad even though I had a scheduled appointment. They washed my car for… me. When I arrived I was told 2 hours, but they'd try to have me out asap. (Said the service wouldn't take long but there were… others there ahead of me - my thought was that they should have figured that into the wait time.) I was out in a little under 2 hours. They'd gone ahead and washed the car, which I appreciated. The waiting room was pleasant if a bit sparsely furnished.
