BUYER BEWARE DO NOT HONOR INTERNET PRICES
by BEBE on 09/17/2020!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!If I could give a zero I would . I went to this location because there was a Nissan SR with a price of 12,850 on the internet. I had my own financing. Once that was found out, I was asked more than once to let them try… financing the car for me. I said no, at the end of the day the finance manager had absurd fees. 1. 499 for tinted windows (really the car did not have tint) "oh we can take that off" 2. 799 for Scotchgarde seats. (REALLY) 3. 799 for a some 3 year tracking device (REALLY) 4. 599 for a strip of plastic on the door that claims to prevent door dings. you can find this at AMAZON FOR 8.39 [HTML removed] I can go on and on at the end of the day the total came in over 16k. Their internet prices are BAIT AND SWITCH. The finance manager said the fees above are mandatory for this dealership. Oh I'm sorry I don't want to be forced to subscribed to a copy for a 3yr tracking system, and I'm sorry I don't want to pay 800 dollars to get clean seats when purchasing a car. Guys this car was AS IS, but yet they added all of those things that benefited their pockets. I had my financing together , so at the end of they day they could not play with my rates, so they chose to add bogus fees to make a dollar.Bait and switch FTC violation!
by SSP on 10/31/2019updated 11/06/2019They currently advertise a 2017 Tundra for $28,455 with 31k miles. The sales person told me that was the price after our test drive. I sat down and asked for the final out the door numbers and they stalled as much as they could. I told them… I didn’t want to play games and go back and forth. When they found out that I would provide my own funds for the truck the sale person called the manager. He then proceeded to tell me “you know the internet price doesn’t include the seat protection cost of $2300 right?” I asked him where it said this and he claimed it was I the fine print on his website. Classic deceptive practice a violation of FTC rules. The fine print does not include this fee. They wanted to make up lost revenue because I wasn’t using their financing. I simply walked out. They knew that I wasn’t going to play their games. Don’t do business with them. Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars.
