Amazing work by Israel Melendez at Mission Chevrolet in El Paso, Texas.

This is my 3rd purchase at Mission Chevrolet, and I am definitely a customer for life. It was absolutely a fantastic experience from start to finish. Israel Melendez is a true professional, is extremely knowledgeable, and made the process very pleasant. Israel's attention to detail and thoughtfulness is unparalleled which made the car buying process much easier. Israel made sure that the delivery of the vehicle was perfect, and followed up with me several times after leaving the lot. He was available to answer questions, and even remembered to ask about the results of a cheer competition I mentioned during the car buying process. To say that I am extremely satisfied would be an understatement!

I usually hate buying a new car...it usually takes hours to find the right deal and some more getting finance. However Mission made it fast and easy...I loved it. Starting with our salesman Sergio and ending with the technology guy Adrian.

part missing from car not put on at dealer and stated when we came back for the ON Star explaining and setup that it would be furnished, was not furnished as three of the staff including the salesman and the customer service rep. stated the day of sale. If the vehicle is on display for sale the items should all be on the vehicle. Now being told it is ordered and will call when it is in. should have been taken off a vehicle not sold at the time. Also seemed personnel were slow and waiting for a last minute to tell us something else needs to be done before we can leave with the vehicle. after all contract paperwork was completed.

Purchase of 2015 Chevrolet Trax

Mr Tracy Jameson was fantastic, professional and very attentive to our new vehicle purchase. We felt very comfortable with the sales approach and the test drive of the 2015 Chevrolet Trax. Mr. Jameson was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle's features, specifications, details, and accessories. Mr. Hector Duran made the paperwork process very simple, quick and understandable as we had no issues in getting the vehicle in a timely manner. Mr Mario Arenas was great assisting us and explaining the OnStar, Mylink and siriusxm accessories. He helped set them up and provided good insight on the operational features. Overall the great quality of service from these individuals made our decision quicker.

Poor Sales tactic

I did not like that the Sales Manager really pushed First Light Credit Union I would not use FLCU because it was automatic withdraw, or have a higher interest rate. We had our own financing set up with White Sands. The sale manager told us that he had our vehicle sold to someone else if we did not take to financing from FLCU I told him that the deal was off, then the finance Manager then intervened and stated that we could work it out with WSFCU. Poor tactics by your sales manager, the sale person did a great Job selling the vehicle to us. I am not to certain that I will recommend your dealership to someone else because my experience with the sales manager. Again it was a very poor sales tactic.
