Israel Melendez is a true professional, is extremely knowledgeable, and made the process very pleasant. Israel's attention to detail and thoughtfulness is unparalleled which made the car buying process much easier. Israel made sure that the delivery of the vehicle was perfect, and followed up with me several times after leaving the lot. He was available to answer questions, and even remembered to ask about the results of a cheer competition I mentioned during the car buying process. To say that I am extremely satisfied would be an understatement!
