part missing from car not put on at dealer and stated when we came back for the ON Star explaining and setup that it would be furnished, was not furnished as three of the staff including the salesman and the customer service rep. stated the day of sale. If the vehicle is on display for sale the items should all be on the vehicle. Now being told it is ordered and will call when it is in. should have been taken off a vehicle not sold at the time. Also seemed personnel were slow and waiting for a last minute to tell us something else needs to be done before we can leave with the vehicle. after all contract paperwork was completed.
