by Princess on 06/02/2024Brown Chevrolet is the best! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased there. Their sales staff walks you step by step through the process to make it easy. The General Manager bent over backwards to find manufacturer rebates for me, and… the staff in the finance department made it all happen. Being a single woman looking to buy a new car can be intimidating if you go anywhere else. But Brown Chevrolet will treat you like a lady, and give you a great deal on a car. Ladies, this place rates my highest recommendation! Also, their service department is unparalleled; they treat me like a princess!Thank you for your kind words! He not only explain about the car features but was very patient and attentive and guiding in the process of purchasing our new vehicle. He did a wonderful job. In… fact the whole staff did. We shop around throughout San Antonio only to be disappointed in the inventory. I searched the website and looked into Brown Chevorlet dealership and found the color and car that i was looking. The price was outstanding. I called ahead of time to ensure car was still at dealership and Chris Gregory inform he would check and would call Back. He did and i told him we were on our way to see the car. Chris was waiting for us even though he knew dealership was about to close. We were 3 minutes shy of closing time. Chris had the car pulled to the side ready for us when we got there. Quite impressed and happy to see my car was there. Thank you Brown Chevorlet for meeting my needs and outstanding service.Great day to buy a car

Thank you for visiting our Chevrolet website. My name is Robert D. Brown, a third-generation car dealer and the President/Dealer Operator of all of our family dealerships. The Brown Auto Stores are a dream realized by my late father, Bob Brown, with his first store, Brown Chevrolet in Devine, Texas in 1966. Since that time, we continue to be a family-owned business with several employed family members and have grown to a total of five stores in three cities with plans for continued expansion.
