Rudy was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The entire process was seamless, from the test drive to the final paperwork. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice and a genuine commitment to ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Juan from the finance team was also wonderful, explaining all my options clearly and helping me secure a great rate.     Jonathan Brown was a spectacular sales representative. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured during any portion of the sell. We had just come from a different dealer that had tried high pressure sales and we did not like it. Jonathan was great to work with.

    i thought Chase Whaley was excellent at the customer service experience. I have never had a more receptive and helpful sales person for purchasing a car. He was able to work over text and email to keep my time on the lot waiting to a total minimum. We really appreciated his effort and have already referred his name to friends.

    I liked being able to find the car I was interested in online before coming to the dealership. Working with Donny Sides was great! He gave me plenty of time to check out the car, test drive it, and talk privately with my husband so we felt comfortable with the purchase. When a feature of the car wasn't working, he pulled a similar car up so that I could see what it would look like when it was fixed.

    My grandfather back in the day bought all his trucks from James Wood. But up until this last year I would have myself. But I was never so disappointed with a dealership as I was with James Wood. Both the new and used dealership had a hand in this theft of my friends vehicle and my belongings. The bait and switch, shifting blame from office to the next no one will to talk to me on the phone or in person, was the worst business practice experience I've ever encountered. They took everything my son and I owned and with no legal reason. I will find an attorney and publicly make James Wood the poster for what American car buying practices are about and Don't need or want anything to do with. You won't get away with what you did to my son and I. James Wood's you should be ashamed of how you took what my son and I had. Your employees and your used car dealership are your responsibility and do as you train them to do. So no matter how you look at it, it ultimately falls back on you.
