Bought a New Shelby - Great Experience
by BenFromAlaska on 10/09/2018Couldn't be happier with my sales experience. Bought my second Shelby from this store in 3 years. Great team!Fast response and genuine concern
by LATruckman on 04/06/2016I was very surprised and impressed at the fast response and concern from the whole Park Cities team. I really am very satisfied with my purchase. I do understand the unusual circumstances I presented for them. I was impressed from the… start at how attentive the Kenny was to my inquires and purchase. In retrospect I truly would do it all over again with their dealership. Thanks Park Cities. P.S. A very welcoming dealershipDishonest and disrespectful at F&I (finance and insurance).
by phokingood on 10/10/2007Trent, our used car sales guy was pleasant to deal with and we came to a reasonable purchase price after negotiation. However the sale ended at F&I with Carlo, the finance guy, whom displayed the most dishonest disposition. I understand… this is a business and profits are the goal, but do not treat customers like they are kids by giving constant runarounds and excuses that lean on the side of deceit. Don't tell me I'm getting a "great" deal cause you've discounted fees for some "great" service and then not providing this service to us anyhow. It's like selling a house with a free pool, but by the way, you really won't be getting a pool. Buyers are well educated and should not be treated like kids in preschool. We will be taking our business elsewhere even if it means paying a premium to get the deserved honesty and respect.Truly great experience!
by Jeremy_FL8 on 04/15/2013updated 08/03/2025I felt that Tony did a great job in helping me get what I wanted, we went thru leasing or purchasing, and leasing worked best for me. I appreciated the time he took to go thru everything and making my experience a truly great one. The… follow ups from service, and Tony were very helpful as well. It was the kind of treatment that you would expect from a Lincoln dealer who wants to keep your business. The dealership was great from the time I walked in the door, I was a valued person, it really makes a difference on how it makes you feel when you walk in. Great job to all!Keep Your Guard Up (Update - Issue Resolved)
by nikov on 01/10/2011updated 08/03/2025The general manager of the dealership contacted me after he received a copy of a dealership review from Ford that mirrored my initial review. They confirmed that the x-plan price was below what I paid and cut me a check on the spot for the… difference PLUS the cost of the "DNA trace system" which didn't show up itemized on the final purchase order. The general manager said those responsible were reprimanded and that the experience was not representative of the way they do business (he in fact noted several awards they've won for customer service). The general manager went above and beyond by keeping the appointment when he was clearly sick, and, from talking to the receptionist, only came in for the one appointment to make sure the situation was cleared up. The response definitely changed my opinion of the customer satisfaction survey that showed in my inbox. Without a response this would have been a negative car buying experience. As it stands the dealer addressed my concerns and has a satisfied customer.Dear Nikov, As you are aware we received the factory survey back expressing the above mention concerns on 1/14/11. After researching your concerns and the file we contacted you and set an appointment to address any and all issues. We appreicate your feedback so that we may eliminate mistakes and poor customer service. When the original order was placed it was as a non-X-plan partner; however, this should have been easily corrected once we became aware of it. The DNA theft guard program is a quality program which unfortunatley we did not make it clear or obvious to you when you signed and purchased it. In say that it is our goal to make sure every customer has an excellent experience and we must learn from this one to ensure our people comunicate bettter with each customer. During our scheduled visit with you on 1/17/11 I think we were able to cover all the concerns at hand and provide you with the appropriate refund on the DNA program and the difference in X-plan partner price and the price you paid. Thank you for your cooperation. J Enright
Run!!!
by greeny480 on 03/07/2013updated 08/03/2025Don't buy a vehicle here or have one serviced here. Their incompetence will waste a lot of your time and wear on your patience. You're better off bypassing them completely.Very Professional
by allen361 on 06/07/2013updated 08/03/2025Great Job! Everyone was a big help and the process was seamless. Thank you and see you for my next oil change.Do keep your guard up!
by dontbuyaford3 on 06/04/2011updated 08/03/2025This is not so much about the staff at Park Cities as it is the product. I do feel they could have been a bit more forthcoming about the potential issues we faced, but this IS car buying in America. "Caveat Emptor!" applies in spades. We… went the usual "four square" sales gauntlet, which is *really* tiring and annoying, but that's on par with most dealerships until you get to BMW and maybe Mercedes dealerships. (Or maybe they are slick enough I don't see it?) Short version: Leased a Lariat with Navigation and bluetooth connectivity. (Sync system - What absolute crap! It's a combination of Microsoft and Sony, two most the most disgusting companies in the IT industry.) I and the wife both have iPhones, (Apple, almost as bad...) and made that clear during the sales process. Within 24 hours off driving off the lot, we start having issues with getting disconnects from the bluetooth and not being able to reconnect until the vehicle is restarted. Took the vehicle in to service and they tell me that only iPhone 2.0 (really? 2.0?) is supported. Truck is in to service three times and still no resolution and although they will do whatever it takes to make it right, they won't actually replace the nav/radio unit the vehicle as "Ford may not cover that". I offered to swap the truck back to them for a lower end vehicle without nav so I could roll my own system, and that wasn't amenable to them either. That's fine. I have learned my lesson - stay the heck away from Ford! I'll finish out this lease and dump it most likely.Treated with the upmost respect every time
by 0jay on 08/04/2013updated 08/03/2025This was my second SUV that I have purchased from Park Cities and have had no issues. They have made my visit a pleasant one that I needed some things to happen and they did.Internet Sales
by nperrin on 08/03/2013updated 08/03/2025Relocated to Dallas for a job. Using my daughter's car while she is out of the country participating in an internship. Need a car for work so researched dealerships and felt comfortable with Internet salesman. He was responsive and helpful… over email and the telephone. He found me a certified vehicle which met my budget and got me pre approved over the phone in one day. I scheduled time same afternoon to test drive car and seal the deal. Before scheduled appointment salesman emailed me to let me know that Finance Director whom brokered my deal had all the paperwork in his office and had left for the day. Thus, he would get all my ppwk in the morning for me to come in and close deal. Great, right? Well I didn't wait until the next day to test drive car I made arrangements for a test drive that evening to make sure vehicle would work for me and in an effort to keep the ball rolling. I confirmed with salesman I wanted the car and would be in the following day after work, 4:30pm, to close the deal. Great, right? Well at about 3:45pm the following day I received a call and an email from salesman that the car had been sold!!!! Salesman was very apologetic and informed me latter action was out of his control and that he too was under the impression that car was already sold to me and contract had already been written up and approved for my review and signature. To say the least I was very upset. Met with sales manager and general manager today. Now, I am just waiting to see how this dealership will make this right. I will update post after I hear back from dealer. As for rating, when I select 1 star I receive an error message & am unable to submit this review. Thus, should this review display more than 1 star please know it's because I had to in order to submit & post this review.
Cooler Heads Prevailed. In their defense it was very late(9pm) when I arrived. We were both rushed and I was very fatigued from the long drive. I was impressed and how fast they responded to my inquiry and were willing to go the extra mile to make it right. Thanks Park Cities. On another note, the staff was very gracious and the dealership was very accommodating when I did come to purchase. I really would give them 5 STARS .
