Best Service Ever

She made sure my issue was handled very professionally and courteously. I was not a happy camper when i made the phone call but she… spoke with me--not AT me as some will do--and that went a long way in calming me down and getting everything settled. My next vehicle purchase will most certainly be through OttoSource!
