Bait and switch!!
by Sean on 12/18/2021I will echo what Hollie said in her review; this appears to be a crooked dealership that needs to be avoided at all costs. I sent them a message last night inquiring on a vehicle they have advertised for sale on their website, edmunds,… and others. I received a canned response this morning that I replied to twice, but they never responded. My wife contacted them by phone this afternoon and they told her the vehicle was still available, but that we would have to pay $8,900 over the sale price, because "everything is selling over MSRP nowadays." This was not just $8,900 over the MSRP that we are talking about, but their advertised "sale price" that is listed on all of the websites. I would not do business with a place like this!!Run the other way
by Hollie Baranosky on 10/23/2021RUN THE OTHER WAY. I’ll go ahead and save you some time, sanity and $$. This dealership needs to be avoided at all costs. Attempted to buy a new vehicle from them, my 10th GM product, and this is by far the most dishonest and shady GM… dealership I have ever encountered. Written agreements, handshakes, and advertised sales price mean absolutely nothing to them. Glenn, Olando, Johnny and Mark are all absolute liars and are the reason that car salesmen have such a terrible reputation. AVOID FREEDOM CHEVROLET GMC. They are flat crooked.
