Hunter (Sales) admitted to being new but his level of service and willingness to ask Jake for help impressed me. Hunter (Finance) helped me decide which warranty features I… benefited from instead of trying to get me to pay for the highest $$ package. I brought up a minor safety issue and even on this Saturday, Jake had their service department fix it before I drove off the lot. All great things to say with no complaints. Dishonest Nation
by David on 04/24/2024In the beginning everything seemed fine except as usual the salesman didn’t know anything about the vehicle. During the negotiation (yes people you should negotiate buying a car because they always have “wiggle room”) the sales manager… looked me in the eye and lied when I asked how much they paid for the vehicle. I know this because I met the previous owner. They made over $5000 (wiggle room). I wanted the almost classic truck so I have no problem with people making money. I have a huge problem with a blatant liar. Liars lie to cover up wrong doings. What else do they lie about! BAD SERVICE!

It sat in service department for two weeks because service people could not get hold of any management. In all those two weeks the kept saying waiting on… approval.
