Clutch Work / Window Shield
by dianeXcore on 04/27/2025This is a two part review. My first tech was with Jill in January with a Slave cylinder leak. She wasn’t very responsive and forgot to do my oil change. She basically made it the point she had no time for my car. When I left the parking… lot after picking up the car within half a mile my clutch pedal hit the floor - finding out they never bleed the lines. Which they fixed. Then my whole clutch failed again in April and Jesse helped out the most. We figured out the clutch issues and went from there but my windshield was broken while in the shop and they fixed immediately. Jesse was well caring about issues but it was stressful going through the issues.Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Odyssey purchase review
by Polycarp on 03/28/2024In order to lease a new car, I visited Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, etc. and looked into cars. And finally, I visited Honda. During the consultation, a salesperson named Christopher provided friendly and detailed guidance. I didn't like the lease… price, so I got up two or three times to just leave, but another helper came and helped me get a lease price that I liked. In particular, I felt reassured compared to other vehicles because I had heard and had been recommended that the ODC had a low failure rate. Driving the ODC was comfortable and I liked all the features. I once again experienced Chris' kindness by providing me with a car floor mat. If someone is looking for a vehicle, we will introduce this place and recommend Honda vehicles. My Wife expressed an interest in one of your cars on display. He immediately began the process of… gathering the information to answer all of her questions. He got one of the finance agents invoked and assisted us on a test drive. He was very polite, courteous, friendly, and professional. Honda Pilot
by rockportfred on 02/28/2024Excellent dealership, clean, comfortable, and friendly people. Andrew Jones and one of his associates were outstanding in showing me the 2024 Honda Pilot. They answered all my questions, demonstrated many of the new functions, and set up… my phone and nav systems. I had no problem with the pricing of the vehicle or trading in my vehicle. Very accommodating. The four-star rating is due to a misunderstanding with the finance manager. When he talked about the dent and appearance protection I understood it was included in the price of the vehicle. I had no idea those two packages were $699 each. I signed off on the initial pricing of the vehicle earlier and when I talked to the finance manager I agreed to the tire and wheel protection. I was not feeling well that day and in my haste to get things done I just scanned and signed the final paperwork. I can accept the dent protection but with the vehicle being garaged and no children or pets the appearance package is useless. 1st timers!

Only thing I would say is the technician told us battery was old,… but charge was ok. Well, next morning, yep, dead battery; maybe they should have recommended replacement due to age? New parts required an alignment afterward, but since service advisor did not tell us of this at quote for parts, we were not charged. Positively Outrageous Service

He was very friendly and helpful with our search for a pre-owned CR-V as well as getting us the best price… for our Tacoma pickup.
