    Horrible. I l have had faith in this dealership for decades because they’ve supplied my parents vehicles that have got them where they needed to be safely. If you’re on a time crunch, don’t come here. If you do have time, find a salesman that will work with you. I’ve never bought a brand new vehicle where the salesman couldn’t do such much as a demo before leaving the lot. If it wasn’t for the finance department I would’ve went back to Ford to negotiate the maverick I walked out on prior. The GM wants to reach out to me. He has my number. I called during business hours. All menu options, and extensions, all 5 or 6 did not answer or wouldn’t prompt a v/m nonetheless. The salesman reached out texting me, which, I can’t interact with after an experience like that. I live in Aransas and Autoplex can service this car just like AutoNation. For the sake of characters available, and to keep you reading… Richard will get your numbers right. Damian is the GM who has done my family well throughout the years. He’s the one I’m waiting to hear back from.

    Within 60 days and 1000 miles I already had to take my car into their shop. 3 days to change my car battery and the Bluetooth speaker they said they fixed, does not work. They didn't check my interior light, like I asked either. And 3 days was on expedited time, because I complained about my car needing work and me already having to pay extra to fix what wasn't fixed before they sold me the car.

    Though this truck has been one problem after another, the service team at AutoNation North Corpus Christi have done their job in taking care of the problems. From motor to transmission, they have dug through it all and done a good job each time of getting me back on the road. The service center does a good job keeping me up to date on my vehicles repairs.
