by Liz0012 on 12/19/2023I’m really disappointed in the Cadillac dealer in Corpus Christi. My car is new and under warranty. It was making a weird noise so I called to get it in. I was told that I would have to drop it off and it takes 4-5 days for a diagnostic. I… said that’s fine I’ll take a loaner car. They said they don’t do that I have to rent my own car!!! I told them my car is new and under a full warranty so why would I have to rent a car. So I rented a car, $450! I go to pick my car up when it’s ready. The drivers floor mat was black from workers shoes and be carpet is now stained black!!!! The service guy then tells me it was some kind of fluid that I needed and it could take 3-4 times to get the levels corrected!!! I said so I just need to call and they will know what’s wrong then? He said no!! I need to bring it in and get a diagnosis like I did the first time!!! So every time I need to bring my car in I have to rent a car!!! Before we moved to corpus, we looked at what car Dealers were here so I could get good service! I’m so annoyed with Cadillac that I told my husband I want to sell my car and get Mercedes or Tesla cuz they have wayyy better service!!!Hello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Him and his crew took very good care of my vehicle while it was being serviced for a recall, scratch on applique of door, and changing out my headlight. He made sure I had my vehicle by… end of day and followed up with me throughout the day while they worked on it. One of his crew members stayed a little after hours to make sure the job was completed. I am very grateful for the work they have done for me! Finance Department is Terrible!
by csmast42 on 06/30/2023Isaac, our salesman, was wonderful. He was very helpful and responsive, spending several days taking calls and texting back and forth to complete the process. Albert, the Finance Manager, is terrible. He repeatedly refused to work with our… lender, and tried to force us to use Autonation's financing. We had to call another Autonation location to confirm that Autonation's policies do allow them to work with our lender's requirements. Albert only agreed to work with out lender after we told him the other location offered to process the sale of this vehicle for us, and if he continued to refuse, we would purchase the same vehicle from the other location. Even then, after we had everything approved and almost finalized, he refused to send our lender a copy of the title so that they could verify that all liens had been removed. I had to threaten a second time to go to the other Autonation location to finalize the sale. He immediately relented and sent the copy of the title. Our lender has worked with Autonation in the past with no problems, so the issue was clearly not based on Autonation's policies. Gentleman , Ray, took info, sent me to Dave/Andrew who took my order..put my car in line for work to be done. Did wait almost 2 hours; however the new… parts were not connecting just right.... Andrew. did check for me several times on the holdup...Got done, / Nice waiting room, a bit cool, but clean. good experience.We are pleased to hear you had such a positive experience with us, Shirley! Not meeting the criteria
by jamo4631 on 05/12/2023My vehicle was to be serviced and was in the final stages of a oil consumption test as the issues that may be occurring could have serious consequences as it pertains to the engine of my vehicle and it appears that hat no notes were on the… vehicles history or if they were were not reviewed and overlooked. However the situation occurred it was still not conducted and we are back to square 1 again. This will be the 3rd time I am dealing with this same issue with this vehicle at this service center. The only reason I stay doing business with this facility is because of Mr. Randy and Mr. John C. They have tried their best to assist and correct this matter, but not everyone has the customer service and dedication they provide. Well like I stated back to square one in identify what could possibly be occurring with my engine to create the issues/concerns I have noted and reported to them and Cadillac as well.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. ENGINE KNOCKING / 2021 CT5 CAD / 8100 MILES
by Babsimb on 03/16/2023I took my car in for an oil change & told the service advisor about the engine knocking. When I picked it up, I was told that the mechanic didn't find the problem. To bring it back if it was still knocking. Months later, I went back for… another oil change & the same knocking. Again, could not find the problem. I was told to take it to another Cadillac dealership. I took it to FRUIA CADILLAC in Brownsville, Tx (320 miles round trip & 3 days hotel), but the mechanic (EDDIE FLORES) found the problem & fixed it. KUDOS TO FRUIA CADILLAC DEALERSHIP for their service advisor, courtesy driver & especially the technician for their professionalism, friendliness & very knowledgeable in what they do. This is not the first time I have been sent to another dealership. I have bought 5 POV's from AUTONATION, but no more. I have always bought GM products, but this will be the last time. Is anyone from this dealership or corporate office going to reimburse me for hotel & fuel? Hotel, 4 days, $299 tax included & $56 gasoline. Not this one! I found the truck I wanted online,called the… sales department and told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay,and that was it. No muss ,no fuss. No lines about how I didn't meet this or that, just fast friendly service. by Neiko182 on 03/12/2015I came into the dealership expecting to test drive a 2015 Chevy Colorado that was an exact match to the build I put together online. The sales individual told me that the truck was not in, but we could test others of the same model and… specs just not the color I wanted. He then showed me what the color would look like on the Colorado. Seeing the color in person was way different than online. He then had me test a model exactly the same specs just different color. Being a larger individual, the vehicle was a bit too small feeling for me. I was not happy. The sales individual informed me that I may like a Silverado more, and gave me the pro's and con's difference between the two. Exact statement "Once you get in, your going to love it but this is your decision." Hence, I tested a Silverado and LOVED IT! The color was exactly what I was expecting for the Colorado to be, the vehicle fit my size much better, and it came with all the perks I was looking for (plus many more). I expected the sales individual to be pushy to get me to buy, but he was extremely down to earth. He let me and my wife decide, provided all the information needed, and made us feel comfortable and relaxed.They make buying cars fun!

He asked me what I was looking for and drove around the two options I spoke about. He wasn't overly… pushy which was such a pleasure. He was very informative and thorough, and he definitely is on the consumers side. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Chevy Sonic that I fell in love with.
