    Ray Orona, Salesman, was polite, respectful, and we did not feeled rushed or pressured into making an on the spot decision to purchase a vehicle. In the end everything worked out well. We were treated ccourteously by the sales, service and finance departments. We are happy with our vehicle and will recommend GMC AutoNation Dealership and Mr. Orona as well to our friends who are in the market for a new vehicle.

    After coming from another local dealership, where I was treated badly, I went into Autonation GMC where Mauro Lopez greeted me. Within 45 min we were signing paperwork. He gave me the best trade in and didn't play games or waste my time. The color I wanted wasn't in stock but he got it there the next day. I appreciate Mr. Lopez treating me with respect and I will thank him again after I buy my wife a car from him.

    Mo, the sales person has lied to so many times I can't count, the customer at this dealership ie awful, enough that I will not ever buy another GMC, even though I do love the truck itself, the management has been no help either at this dealership, I will let all my friends know not to waste their money at this dealership.

    I have been going to this dealership for four years now, they get me into the vehicle that I want. I have the perfect salesman his name is Nieves Cerda he always works out wonderful deals and is quick, best at his job. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman you won't be disappointed.

    My wife made an appointment for the first oil change and tire rotation on our recent suburban purchase. She was told on the phone there was a recall for the radio which she informed them we would do at a later date, we only wanted the oil change and tires rotated. When I went to take the car in I told the service representative again we only wanted the tires rotated and oil changed. After two hours of waiting I inquired about the car and was told that the recall was half way done. I told the staff that I did not want the recall done and they said well it was half way done so I continued waiting. I was then told the download for the recall crashed so they had to start over. I told them to forget it and wanted the car back. I got in the car and the radio did not work and was then told the only way to fix the radio was to do the recall. I was told it would take about two hours so I agreed for them to go ahead and do the recall. After two more hours of waiting I was told it would take aproximately another two hours to finish. After being at the dealership on my only day off for 7 hours I finally got my car back. I had to make arrangements for someone else to pick up my kids and missed two critical appointments I had made for earlier in the day. I tried calling the General Manager Mike Childs directly and left him a message and also emailed him about my horrible experience and he did not return my call or email. The sad thing is while I was waiting earlier in the day I test drove a truck that I was interested in buying so the dealership lost a sale as well as a customer.
