    I was in the market for a new Expedition and contacted Jason at Bayer, he went above and beyond to meet my expectations. We bought the Expedition without even seeing it in person, going off pictures and Jason's description. We were not disappointed!!! I would recommend Bayer to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

    They were concerned about my welfare when my car broke down and were very helpful in the buying process ! My car is exactly what was promised and is a wonderful fit for my family. They made sure they didn't sell me something that wouldn't work for me.

    I wanted a specific color in which they had to do a trade, which seemed to be very smooth and got my car in a matter of days!!

  • first new vehicle in a long time

    Brian Weaver was our salesman and he did an excellent job. We have purchased several vehicles from him over the years and he is always extremely helpful. This was our first experience purchasing a new vehicle from him. However, he was very helpful and the staff at the new Ford lot worked well with him to meet our needs. We purchased a 2015 Ford F150 crew cab. The truck had a manufactures defect with the front seat. However, Brett Wilson and the service department at Bayer Ford were quick to get the seat replaced and take care of this issue. We had a really good experience. As far as would I refer friends or family to Bayer or our salesman...I have actually already referred a friend to Mr. Weaver this week; he was able to sale her a vehicle as well. Good Job Bayer Motor Company.. Brian Weaver and Brett Wilson have provided us with excellent service.

    This was the best buying experience I've ever had in a vehicle purchase. My salesmen was really great showing me all the features of my new truck, he went through the extra time to make phone calls to ensure everything was right on my new vehicle. My finance agent made me feel right at home and part of the family. While the dealership may be about 2 hours away from my home, the drive there and back was like going to spend the morning with friends. I have already told my friends and family to buy there, and I will continue to urge them to make the smart decision to buy from Bayer Ford and support a group of people that really care about people, and treat them like friends... instead of just another customer.
