Great experience

This is the first time that we had a salesman who was patient and actually listened to our requests. Lee was willing to work with us on our monthly… payments. He was very efficient! Regina was easy to communicate with via text up until the minute we arrived! Ron was knowledgeable about the Mychevrolet app and was happy to help me set it up!! The customer service was fabulous and we will definitely return for my husband's truck! by jessifikuh on 05/14/2018updated 05/22/2018When we went in to Sam Pack's Five Star Chevrolet, we were a little sad about the fact that a damaged sewer cover had totaled our 2015 Chevy Silverado, we dreaded the idea of starting over with the debt process and paying a high interest… rate, but Jorge Ramos managed to put us at ease by showing us the many financing options that fit our preferences. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs and was patient when it came to us choosing our winning pick. We had gone to another dealership before coming here just to see what they had to offer and all we felt was the pushiness of the sales representative, it was more annoying than anything to be honest. We decided to upgrade to a 2018 Chevy Silverado and we are completely happy with the service as well as our new vehicle. Thank you guys, and keep up the great work!Watch out for the extras on the price
by Rick on 09/27/2017Watch out for the extras on the price, they add at least $1200 for some crazy accessories that probably cost no more than $100. They are charging nitrogen for your tires at $299, another $299 for door protection, basically a clear plastic… at the edge of the door.....If you are trying to lease, they will hide all the incentives/rebates from you and every time they recalculate the your payment they will change the rates without telling. Be AWARE for this SAM'S PACK Five Start Chevrolet, I wouldn't not recommend to anyone.Flawless
by taylor431 on 03/21/2015I called at 8:25am and a young man by the name of Kane answered my call. The dealership was not even open yet. I advised him of what I was looking for and he had the truck and EXACTLY what I wanted in stock and ready to view. I emailed him… some forms (ins, vin# on trade in, etc) and told him i wanted $16K for my trade. He called me back in less than 20 min saying, "I have what you want and everything is ready to go!" I could not believe how flawless this was going after dealing with 5 other dealerships who focus on making people wait for hours just to buy a truck/car they arent really looking for. I drove in and met Kane who showed me the truck (and I fell in love) and to top it all off.....MSRP was $38K and the sale price for me was $29K. I was in and out I(including the finance meeting) in less than 2 hrs total. I am so impressed with this dealership, I have no doubt that I will buy from them in the future.
