    They left greasy hand prints on the dash, window, door both inside and out, and on the hood.

    Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Service person informed me that my vehicle had 2 service recalls that needed to be done. This took a total of about 1.5 hours. Service person said they were sorry it took so long. Everyone was very polite and treated me as a person, not just another job to get out of the way. Thank You and OUTSTANDING To Everyone Involved.

    We were referred to Greg Lair through the USAA car buying program. Once we submitted a request through USAA, the dealership contacted us within 12 hours. We made an appointment and we were greeted promptly by a friendly salesperson. We were then introduced to the internet sales coordinator who had worked with us on the phone and referred to our salesperson. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome & comfortable. They also stayed significantly past their closing time to assist us in finishing our deal. I cannot recommend their services more highly.
