Deceptive advertising
by unhappy customer on 08/15/2024I just had a very unpleasant experience with this dealership. After searching for a Certified Pre-Owned VW Taos, I found one I wanted to see at Family VW of Burleson, TX. However, they tried to convince me that they never indicated that… the car was already certified, only that it is 'eligible to be certified.' The certification would cost an additional $1499. I explained that this was misleading and they tried to convince me it was not - and failed. I walked out. There were other things that were sketchy, but this was the only thing that was blatantly unethical.
