James Crosby went beyond to help me make my decision. Bury. finance. also was extremely helpful. Trey… clearly explained the contract. Cheryl explained the car features and has continued to contact if more help is needed. The entire team was exceptional. Bait and Switch
by Hardtack1865 on 09/29/2018We began with a used 2018 Acadia on Friday I got an email that said they had a better deal on a new car When got to the dealership Saturday we test drove a new 2018 Acadia. My wife wanted a different color. I asked the salesman the color… did not affect the price and he said it did not. When he came back wit the final numbers the car he offered was $300.00 more than the car I drove and had less features. No power seats and no self closing rear door but yet cost $300.00 more.The car itself is.not the issue, the bait and switch was. I was never told the car we picked did not have those features but was told and charged $300.00 more. I was also told window tinting was included in the price and then was charged $1,980.00 for tint and floor mats.Again it is not about the $300.00 or the $1980.00 it is about honesty and integrityWe are sorry to hear about your visit. Not happy about the extra dealership fees added to the price and taxes. And very upset about… trying to pay an outrageous interest rate when our credit is more than perfect almost 800 That was a dealbreaker. Never got any paperwork about what we get from those extra dealership package fees. Not likely to come comeback ever againI truly am sorry to hear this feedback.
