Great Vuying Experience

I was met by Houston Benjamin at the dealership and he helped me decide on exactly which type of vehicle I wanted. When I had… decided what I wanted to get, he found a car with the equipmentI I asked for. . The actual buying process was very easy and pretty fast. No issues encountered and I had my new Envision. 2020 Model Year Closeout
by Bobby on 02/09/2021Baytown had advertised some aggressive pricing on their 2020 Buicks to clear the way for the 2021’s, so we decided to visit the dealership. Most of the available 2020’s had been loaner vehicles and had between 1,000 and 2,000 miles on… them. One had less than 100 miles and was in immaculate condition. After some friendly negotiations, we left with a 2020 Envision. The entire staff was pleasant.Bobby, thank you for taking the time to provide us such great feedback! What a laugh!
by William on 02/03/2021When we arrived at Baytown GMC our intentions were only to look then check out other dealerships. Much to our surprise we drove around trying to avoid the sales reps. William looked right at me and for some reason I opened the window and… asked for a certain car we were looking for as we were leaving. William said yes. We walked.over there and there was out car. We went for test drive, ( usually I say no thank you) after we got back we decided to see what we could get this car for and we drove home after a short period of time negotiating and signing papers. Happy with our purchase, William showed us how to use all the bells and whistles. I must say if you even think you want to keep your trade in don't trade it because you are not going to get it back.It is important our customers feel completely confident with the customer service they received and it made us happy to read your review.
