by Weatherlys on 12/11/2017We, like many others, were effected by Harvey. All of our vehicles were flooded. We spent a whole day in Houston looking for "the vehicle." I have owned 2 Hyundai's and decided to stick with what I know is great and hasn't failed me. My… husband and I ended up at Baytown Hyundai right before they were closing and were blown away by their eagerness to help. TJ was assigned to us for sales. We were more than glad to work with TJ. He was very professional and patient. Because they were about to close, we told them we could not return until the next weekend (we live about 1 1/2 hrs away). We told TJ what we were looking for and what we could pay. He did not fail us. We returned the following Saturday morning, when the doors opened. The perfect vehicle was ready for us to purchase, A new 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. Because this was already a stressful time for us, they made the process of looking, pricing, and financing painless! The GM, Jarryd, made sure of that! I think the final paper work was done through Christopher in finance and he too was a pleasure to work with...quick and very professional. No doubt, next time we are in need of a vehicle, we will go directly to Baytown Hyundai!Awesome experience!

The sales persons, Sunny Sikander and Roxanne Villanueva, understood what my family and I were looking for. All staff was very professional and treated us like… family in the short time we were there. The buying process was painlessly fast and the prices were just right. My happy 18 year old just got exactly what she wanted for her birthday! Best experience with this dealer than any other dealership. by Philippe on 11/07/2017My wife and I bought a second hand 2014 Tucson at Baytown Hyundai dealership. There was a heavy scratch along the two right side doors. We were told by Fiaz Rana the Sales Manager that it would be fixed when we come to pick up the car (The… Internet was down and the dealership was not able to process our loan application!) and it would be bearly noticeable. When my wife came as planned on a Friday, she called me to inform me the repair was ugly and put Fiaz Rana the Sales Manager on the phone. Fiaz, told me it could easily be fixed for $300 and he would send me a check pretending he could not cut a check right away. He even sent me an email to confirm his offer. To this day I am still waiting for my check... Furthermore The cheapest body repair I found asked $500 to repaint the two doors. To make matter worst the car must have been previously used by a smoker. The smell was not apparent when we test dove the car around the block (literally). I made two attempts to raise the matter to Jarryd Van Oostrom the General Manager using the email on the website [contact info removed] but never received an email back from him...Great dealer! They are a pleasure to do business with!

Everything was done quick and efficiently and we left with… a great car at a great price. The financing by Chris Brown was also pleasant and quick. They spoke with me when i called the first time, i have been trying to get a hold of the two men(one being the sales manager) i spoke with all week to set up a time to come in… since i do not stay in baytown and have heard nothing back from them. i have sent text, left messages and called at least 5 times and keeping getting the vm. I feel like i am the one trying to sell a car not buying. its almost as if they are too busy to sell me a car. i will just go to direct auto or car max.Wonderful service!
