Lack of customer service
by Courtney on 06/16/2023I wouldn’t recommend Maxwell Ford for repairs. I recently had the coolant light in my vehicle come on. When I brought it in I was told it would take at least two days for them to look into it. I had an extended warranty that covered the… work and they acted as if it was an inconvenience to use it. The lack of proactive communication was frustrating and was only made worse when I went to pick up the car. It’s clear they don’t care about the customer.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Gave me options of tires with price ranges to make sure I pick the one that fit my budget and would give me the… best performance. I especially liked how they sent a video showing the state of my brake pads and rotors. Ray and Jose, the service tech did an amazing job making me feel comfortable that they were servicing my vehicle.Lucyelena, thank you for sharing your positive experience!
