DEAD BEAT DEALERSHIP
by Texas Dave on 06/23/2022Street Volkswagen in Amarillo, TX, wants to buy your used vehicle! Buy SELLER BEWARE!!! They will keep your car, get the title and then never pay you what they agreed to in writing. Then you will have to hire a Lawyer, which they won't pay… for, so, you're out even more money. My best recommendation is to find another company to do business with.Was going to buy used, bought new instead!

I went there with the intention of buying a used Passat, but after seeing the 2017 Passat, it just made more sense to go with a new one. Jonathan Ortega is my choice dealer, he has been completely amazing and is willing to go above and beyond to help… every time! Me ans my fiancee wad a little skeptic at first but in the end we are extremely satisfied.These people are for real. No high pressure and they work to make sure you are… getting the car you want. I cannot say enough about our salesman "TIM" and the Finance Manger. I have had some very bad car buying experiences but this one made me a believer again - all car dealers are not the same. If you are in the market for a used or new car I would highly recommend you not buy elsewhere until you check Street Volkswagen out first and I promise you will not be disappointed. I bought a used 2015 Ford Explorer that only had 10,000 miles. I got the best deal in town and trust me I made sure of it. Good, honest people -Thank you so much for your positive words. Purchased a new 2015 Volkswagon Passat

I had a very good Salesman, Jason, who helped me decide to purchase the Passat or to lease a new Passat. I ended up purchasing and 2015 Passat on their… year end close-out sale. I was able to take advantage of many rebates and discounts and also able to get 0% financing. The financing went very smoothly and very fast. I am very happy with my new Volkswagon purchase! I would recommend this dealership highly to anyone wanting to purcase a new car. I would also recommend a Passat to anyone wanting to buy a new car, It is roomy and it gets the much needed great fuel mileage!Thank you so Much for the great review. Great Car, Great Price, Great Dealer

These folks are incredible. The service is stellar. The service department is not afraid… to remedy a problem before it becomes a problem. I've gone with questions and walked away with a "solution". Often at no cost to me. They are honest, friendly and fair. Love them all. You've heard about going the extra mile ? They DO.Thank you so much for your kind works. Each employee tries to have a servants heart towards our customers.
