We had been looking for a Mini cooper Turbo from last year. We reside in OK and drove to Addison TX. We were narrowed down to 2 vehicles after months of hassle trying to find one and dealing with dealerships who have seem to have loss the… knack of good customer service and wonder why we rather shop online and out of state rather than with them. This was my daughter's sweet 16 gift and the last vehicle that my wife and I would have to purchase for of our spoiled kids who seem to think money grows on trees anymore, so you can see how it was important for US to get this over with. I drove the vehicle back and it was perfect, my daughter loves it. From start to finish the experience was absolutely a great one and painless. I got Tesla Y for my son 1 month ago from a well known big dealership here in Oklahoma and let me tell you just because a dealership might be bigger it makes them better, absolutely NOT. The experience was totally different and I would rather drive to TX to my new friends at Ally Auto Group to take care of our needs. From the Owner, my salesman Trevor, others interacting with us and a making sure we were comfortable we couldn't ask for anything more. They might not be a big outfit but they put those guys to shame and are more personable.
