Extremely Happy Customer!

Well I seldom take time to write a review, like once every five years! In this case I thought I would be completely amiss if I did not- out of appreciation write a glowing review of my experience at Honda Hacks Cross! I called about a vehicle that I found online and set an appointment to come in. Originally I spoke with the car sales manager LAURIE- (an Aussie)- Who was a great communicator and very fun to talk to. He then connected me with a salesman name Tim who sounds like he’s 30 on the phone but when you meet him he has white hair…lol i’m telling you these guys are over the top, they’re easy to work with they’re entertaining, they’re fun, they’re straightforward and highly professional! I saw the car, I drove the car and I bought the car! The process was streamlined, quick and easy! I had bought an atlas Volkswagen that was too big for me to drive and got back into a Honda Odyssey which is perfect for me- they gave me a great price for my Volkswagen so I also sold them that car which was another very easy process! These guys are trustworthy highly efficient and super fun to work with- I give Honda at hacks cross a five out of five stars and if I could give them 10 - I would! If you want to enjoy your car buying experience Tim has access to all the AutoNation car lots and he can look online and find any car you looking for and I promise you will enjoy working with him he is the nicest fellow! Pilot Needed

Tim Dacus was very helpful in making sure I was able to find a used Honda Pilot in my price range. The dealership made sure it was in the best condition as possible as I was looking for an older model. This is my fifth new or used Honda bought from Dealership that Phil Hathcock is at. The Best Car Buying Experience

I must say that this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. I was very nervous and scared because the past experiences was not so good with other dealers. My Salesman Joshua Lee was my salesman and he was phenomenal. He made the process smooth and comfortable for me. He communicated from start to finish. I was blown away how fast the entire process was. I am very pleased and satisfied.

Forced to buy the car/Worse experience of my life

I feel I was forced in purchasing my car from Autonation Honda. It was all about making a sale and not treating me with respect and thinking about me the customer. It was a bad experience dealing w the salesman all the way to the finance manger. The General manger never took/answer any of my calls. I will never go to that dealership again or recommend to family or friends.

Best car buying experenice!!!

This is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Just happened to find the car I was looking online. Saw it was at this dealership. I sent an email asking about the car. They respond within a couple of minutes. Did all the negotiating via email. When I went into the dealership they picked right up where we left off in the emails. Went for a test drive, got the money part done and i was out of there. While getting all this done, I had my 3 kids with me, this dealership had a playroom for the kids and when my two year old started to get bored a nice gentleman brought him a balloon to play with. When I left with my new car it was cleaned inside and out. All of the stickers and plastic was taken off. Anything worth keeping like the window sticker and such was put with the owners book, nice and neat. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Friendly dealership

My first time to this dealer and my first purchase of a Honda. Noah was my sales person, assisted by his manager, and the person who handled all the paperwork. I was impressed as to how friendly and relaxed the people, the process of purchasing, and everyone I came into contact was. I purchased a 2018 Honda Clarity plug in hybrid Touring. Based on Honda's reputation, I moved from another hybrid brand and it proved to be the right choice. This Honda vehicle not only looked great outside, but interior as well. The battery milage is fantastic and the car put the fun back in driving. In two weeks of driving, we have not used a drop of gas driving around town. I will be returning in the future to this dealership.

Fast, easy, all needs met

The right used car (2011 Toyota Camry) the right price and purchase process easy. Second experience in six months and both were easy. Ask for Anthony Price. Just one issue. Took a while to get documents needed for tag. Resulted in penalty, but not too much money.

Antoine Price the Sales Representative was excellent!

The sales representative makes all the difference when buying a car! We had driven the Insight with another sales representative before Mr. Price and had just test drove another make at a different dealership but decided to test drive the Honda Insight one more time before buying a Prius. We have three Hondas and have been pleased with all of them but wanted a Hybrid! Mr. Price was knowledgeable about the Insight and answered all of our concerns!!!! This was the first time we had met Mr. Price and we are grateful we did, otherwise we would be driving a Prius.

Dealt with internet salesman and was mostly pleased with his efforts finding a vehicle that was what I was looking for. I purchased a 2018 Accord EX-L w/Nav. and so far am very pleased with it. Only con was the poor quality of the manual which does not have enough detail explaining some of the set-up functions Standard equipment it great!
