We knew we could trust them after a great experience buying a new crv in 2011, so we knew it was one of the places we… wanted to consider this year when looking to purchase a used odessey. We looked at so many vehicles through dealerships and private party. Although we were a little disappointed to find they now have no haggle pricing, we were very surprised and satisfied to learn they do offer the best used car selection at a great price that we could find.you definitely want to go to Honda 385, especially if having great service you can trust is important to you.Acknowledge the customer

I sat in my car looking at them and neither acknowledged me or said, "we'll be with you in a moment." I sat a little while longer and just decided to get… out of my car and walk in. It wasn't until I got to the door that one of the two asked me how could he help me? When I was in the first lane (I was parked in the 2nd lane) headed for the door another service agent (who was further from me) asked if I had been helped. It was very dismissive and made me feel that they didn't want to help me or were just being lazy. I usually get good service at this location but I was a bit put off yesterday.Buyer Beware!!
by S_3AV8ER on 03/24/2017Do not by a used car from this dealership unless you have a mechanic you know and trust check the car out first!!! Last week we went to AutoNation Honda 385 looking for a mini-van. Very nice folks. Very disarmingly nice. After bouncing… back and forth between dealerships and vehicles, we decided to look at a 2012 Nissan Quest (VIN JN8AE2KP0C9038893). The car looked to be in excellent condition and the dealership claimed it went through their "thorough mechanical check". In fact, they claim that the check was so thorough that they could not negotiate the price. And the price appeared fair. They let me drive the vehicle home for my wife to check it out. Of course on the way, I swung by my mechanic to check the vehicle out. As soon as the vehicle went up on the lift, he walked me out to show me something. The vehicle had significant oil leaks at the main crankshaft and right inner axle seal. The repair would require the engine to be removed from the car to repair; 20 hours labor and part (estimated at least $2500). There was so much oil; I asked if it was safe to drive further. [I have pictures] He said that it would be safe to take back the next day. That is what I did. I notified the sales manager on duty of the mechanics finding, which he fainted ignorance on. However, the leak could not have been missed by anyone. Reading other reviews below, this seems to be a repetitive theme of this dealership. Sell the used vehicle with a major mechanical problem and hope that the buyer doesn't catch it before their 90-day warranty expires. Sadly, I believe I saw this vehicle on the road within a week with a drive away tag stating AutoNation Honda. No other Nissan Quests of that color and year were for sale in the area. The lady driving it seemed very happy with her new car, which I guess she might have just taken delivery of. I am praying dearly for this woman, hoping that she discovers the problem before her warranty expires. BUYER BEWARE!! This is true everywhere, but especially with dealership.Thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. by toddc396 on 08/01/2015I went to AutoNation Honda 385 to test drive the 2015 Honda Accord Coupe (LX-S and EX-L V6 variants). The salesman who showed me the cars, Scotty, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable and courteous, and an all-around nice… guy. He didn't pressure me at all, and he was very patient with me as I took three separate test drives over a two day period. All-told, he probably spent 8 hours with me (including the sale and paperwork). I wound up buying the LX-S, as I didn't really need the power or the extra features on the V6 model (though I was tempted: the V6 was really nice). I had done a lot of research beforehand in order to be prepared during negotiations, and had a target price in mind, which I thought was fair to both me and the dealership. I was surprised when Scotty's initial offer to me was only $500 over my target price; it took one counter offer to get the price down to where I thought it was fair, and we had a deal. My overall impressions of the dealership were great: the showroom was bright, open, clean, and comfortable; all of the people I interacted with were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.Very Pleased
