Excellent Buying Experience
by iox2 on 06/06/2015I have nothing but good things to say about Drive Time. Everything is up front and transparent. I tried a couple of other bad credit type car places and they were very secretive and dodgy when it came to pricing, interest rate, vehicle… history, etc. At Drive Time the price and history report is right on their website allowing me to do some research before going into the dealership. I was also surprised that their pricing actually fell in line with "buy from dealer" prices found on car value websites. I test drove a vehicle and it seemed to have a loud engine noise. Instead of trying to say "oh that's the way it's supposed to sound" they had an employee check it out and they found that the air filter assembly had disconnected from the engine. They sent it out and had it repaired and ready for me the next day to pick up. In my opinion my Drive Time local dealer is everything you want in a car dealer. Up front, honest and willing and to work with my credit history. Thanks!
