    Found used car online & asked Logan if vehicle was still available. He responded promptly. He said it left for auction, but was still for sale & he could have his preowned mgr bring back if we were interested in purchasing. I immediately let Logan know we were interested in purchasing & would like to see the vehicle & test drive. He informed that he would let his mgr know. Logan said it would probably be back on Thursday. Took ours name & made an appt for Thursday. Said he'd let me know "as soon" as it was back on Thursday. I followed up the next day (Wed) to make sure we were still looking at Thursday. He said "if he doesn't sell at auction". I was under the impression it was no longer going to auction. He mentioned that he had to have money to pull from auction (altho he never mentioned that in previous conversation). It sold less than 20 minutes later, which he did at least text to inform me. Very disappointing. We listed (and sold) my husband's car that night. Would have gladly paid money to keep it from selling as we were ready to purchase that vehicle on Thursday. Pretty sure they were just trying to use the bait and switch method on us and no true intention of pulling from auction. Car buying has changed, but car salesman have not. Still very hard to trust & work deals both in person and online. We are local and you'd think this would have be a win/win for all involved, but failure to communicate doesn't allow for that to happen. On another note, my mother is looking to trade in her RDX for a Lexus, but rest assure she will not look at this particular dealership to make that happen.

    I purchased a 2013 GS 350 a few days ago. Although this is my third Lexus purchase it is my first purchase from Lexus of Knoxville. My experience with this dealership has taught me that there is NO need to go anywhere else. My Sales Consultant was Logan Waggoner. Logan, as well as the other employees I came in contact with were courteous and knowledgable. Lexus of Knoxville goes the extra step to accomodate it's customers.

    I purchased my 2010 Lexus HS250 from Daniel at Lexus of Knoxville... he made the process so much fun and was open and honest during the sale. It was my first car purchase and he did not pressure me or use the dreaded "used car salesman" tactics. The service department is a dream and I have never been disappointed! You car gets cleaned inside and out even if you are just getting an oil change and they always provide you with a courtesy car. As long as I stay in East Tennessee, I will always purchase from Lexus of Knoxville!
