I did my shopping online, working with Brock. He found just the hybrid crv that I wanted. I came in took it for a test drive. He explained about a few options but no pressure. Best car buying experience I have had.

    The technicians do great work and I have not had any issues with the work performed. I am old school and look for customer service. The advisors text you the inspection report and then ask you to select what you want them to do. The last… two times my car when in for service my wife took it in because I had to work. They texted my phone versus walking out in the waiting room and asking the person that brought the car in what they wanted to do with the recommended action based off the technician’s inspection report. Like I said, I am old school and expect the advisor to walk the report out and ask the customer. Or to at least pick up the phone and call the customer’s phone and ask them. Sometimes I cannot have my phone or cannot look at it for a long time period. I find it very impersonal to send a text with a link and pictures without contacting the customer. If that is what the dealership expects/directs their customer advisors to due I will drive to another dealership.

    We damaged the outside passenger mirror while backing into a garage. After making an appointment for the repair, the service advisor called to discuss the damage to be sure he would order the needed part.The repair was done quickly and took… care of the damage completely.

    I recently visited the service department at Honda Auto Nation in Knoxville for my 2022 Honda Odyssey. I needed a new battery. Charles was my service advisor. I had called him prior to arriving to see if they had a battery in stock since I… had been left stranded that morning (AAA came and got me started). Charles confirmed the battery was in stock - greeted me when I arrived and kept me updated through out the process. I was back in my car in about an hour. I have always used Auto Nation for all of my service needs and have always found them to be efficient, effective, and engaging. I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicle.
