    Our salesman, Philip Gallemore! His response times exceeded all expectations. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and reminded us to always let him know if with needed anything, and he would take care of us.

    My salesman Phillip Gallemore went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was ok. The manager and owner were also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Serra to anyone looking for a vehicle.

    Everyone was nice at the dealership and were prompt in finding me the best deal for my budget. My salesperson Eric Davis, was the best salesman I've had in a while. He was patient and worked deligently to find the ride that would best fit my personality.

    Harold is the BEST. This was my second truck purchase from him and I was very pleased both times. I called him and told him what I wanted and he did not have one in stock , but he not only found one for me , he went and got it and had it one the lot for me to see. He worked great deal for me and now I am driving what I wanted, thanks to him. He is a great asset to Serra and I look forward to working with him again. Thanks Harold !!

  • Cadillac Escalade Purchase

    I purchased a used 05 Cadillac, Escalade from Serra of Jackson after finding this vehicle for sale on line. I spoke with the salesman by phone who assured me that all the vehicles they receive to sell are gone over by their service department. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase my vehicle they had not cleaned it up. I thought that may have been an unprofessional oversight, however, after I got my vehicle home I discovered the bugs on the windshield were masking the large chips that were in the windshield. I started having problems with the Stabiltrak light coming on on my way home approximately five miles from the dealership. After reading the manual it indicated that it could mean that there was mechanial problems or that there was excessive acceleration or braking while the vehicle was doing a self check and that I could turn off the vehicle and then start it again for it to reset. When I started the vehicle again the Stabiltrak light was off. After I made it home I had my area GM service department look at my vehicle and they discovered several major mechanical problems after running a diagnostic check. These problems included the master cylinder/brake booster leaking and front wheel bearings needing to be replaced and front axle seals leaking. These aren't trivial problems this is brakes and steering on a vehicle that was placed for sale on line where this dealership was aware I would be driving this vehicle back home over three hundred miles. They have not provided me with documentation that I requested showing that their service department checked this vehicle out and what they found. I have paid over $2,700.00 for mechanical repairs and to replace the cracked windshield with no response from the dealership.

    I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. First let me say I visited 3 other dealership and this dealership gave me more for my trade than any of the others. They probably have more GM trucks than any other dealer in the local area, with so many trucks it wasn't a problem picking out one that fit my needs. The test drive was short and sweet, the vehicle performed exactly as I expected, and the salesman answered all questions - with confidence. The negotiating was short, when we arrived back from the test drive, my trade in was already appraised. After a little negotiating, they reviewed all rebates and found me another 2000+ in rebates - so the bottom line was considerably less than expected. During delivery of the vehicle, the dealership again excelled, not one but two salesmen pointed out how to operate all the equipment, including programming OnStar. If you are looking for a new vehicle, do your research, be prepared and these guys will deal with you.

    I went to Serra at Jackson to purchase a new 2011 Chevrolet Silverado LT Z71. I had a price quoted and we did some negotiating. The Sales rep was great! After all was said and done we had the price set for the vehicle. After filling out several papers, running my credit, and going over the entire deal, the sales manager decides he wants to tack on another $1,000 for a chrome package which he somehow left off the price in the beginning. I tried to negotiate and reason with them but they had no time to listen to me. VERY POOR AT ACCEPTING CUSTOMER CRITISISM. They should really have all their bones in a pile before setting up the details of a deal. That is NO way to do business and I'll wouldn't go back! If I were the General Manager of Serra Chevrolet I would be ashamed of the disorganization of this place. They really need a Kaizen team to get things in order! Regardless, The Sales Manager has a very low sense of respect for customers. Maybe they should shut down and let Bartlett do their business for them.
