Make sure you know the final deal!
by The know who I am on 05/05/2022updated 05/27/2022I purchased a car the amount for the tag was suppose to be included in the total and a check sent to my tax collector office. When I got to the tax collector office I had to pay over $200 to get my tag. I called back and talked to Trevor he… was like well you just have to pay it sorry. Nikki was very rude in the finance department. And the GM never called me back like he said he would. I also explained to Trevor before we processed everything that the tag was more than what he was quoting because I called in advance! But this was total a lesson learned to shop LOCAL first!Financing Bait and Switch
by Financing Bait and Switch on 08/08/2021I called Saturday August 7th 2021 to inquire about the Lease deal for the 2021 Honda Pilot. I verified with the Internet salesperson Mariahsen that they had a 2021 EX-L AWD Pilot and that the deal was available at their location for $309 a… month with $3999 down. She assured me that the vehicle and the deal was available, so I set the appointment for the nest day at 1:30. I reconfirmed since I would be driving 30 miles from Southaven, MS to Bartlett, TN. I arrived and started working with Tyrese a salesperson. I told him I was only interested in the 2021 Pilot EX-L AWD since that is the only vehicle the special financing was available on. I was again assured that the vehicle and deal was available. After a test drive I said I would lease the vehicle on the deal for $309 a month and $3999 down. He said he would get his manager to start the deal. The paperwork he brought back was for $684 a month. more than double the price for the deal. I told him this was unacceptable, and I want the deal. The sales manager Terrance came over to talk with me and started to explain that he could give me the deal due to inventory. I said I was told that it was available on the call with Mariahsen and again with Tyrese. He said I am sorry that he couldn’t get to that price. I read the fine print in their site that they don't have to provide the financing, which is why I specifically asked if the vehicle and deal was available. I know that the exact price would be $309 based on trade-in and fees, but they didn’t even try to give me the deal. I did my research online and had an idea of what my trade should be worth and what average market price I should expect to pay for the Accord. I visited 3 different Honda dealers… in the Memphis area and Wolfchase Honda gave me the best trade in and price, plus they gave me two free oil changes and a card that I can use in their car wash. My salesperson was great and the finance guy made things quick and easy. I recommend this dealership to my family members and any friends that I hear are looking for a car.Great place!!!

Recently, I traded both my 16 pilot and my 16 accord coupe for a new 17 accord hybrid touring. I LOVE my car. I've brought several friends, family members and colleagues to purchase vehicles here and everyone has had the same amazing experience; in and out quickly and painlessly and with a beautiful new car at a fair price.Wolfchase Honda sucks
by Robert1 on 12/08/2016no rating, Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased over 40 cars in my day and this was the worst piece of crap dealership i have ever dealt with. I have purchased several cars from this dealership. Something must have… changed.... Went in to purchase a 2017 Honda Pilot and when salesman Ed Lee came back with their best deal with my trade i was shocked. First they added beginning price more than sticker, which i questioned... Looked at sticker on car and their price was more.... Then i saw what they offered on my trade..... $ 1000.00 for a 2001 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible with 83000 miles excellent condition..... Never in my day was i expecting that. Who ever is their used car man ought to be fired immediately !!!!!!! Took a long time customer and insulted me beyond anything i could imagine!!!!! this was not the fault of the sales person!!!! I will never set foot in their dealership again. I have 4 Honda Civic's that i get serviced their.....never never never again will i go there..........The sales manager should loose his job also.........Thank you for your candid feedback on your recent experience. They always have water, coffee, snacks, and a nice big tv to enjoy while waiting on… your car to be serviced. I bypass countless service shops just to go this one.[non-permissible content removed]
by helpful4 on 01/06/2015Don't buy, lease, or even eat a free doughnut here. Totally hustled and bamboozled. Was promised a 500 dollars gas card, told it would be included with my 3k down payment. Lied to was told down payment was taxable, everything to fleece the… max out of me. Never offered the advertised lease price. Finally got them down to the advertised. price, but since I did that I was now not entitled to gas card. Was never actually showed lease terms until I agreed to terms and hustled back to the financial office. They would not let me leave with scratch paper figures to think about it, afraid I was going to another place. Transparently deceptive. Everything you hate about car salesman and their tactics Sleazy, manipulative. [non-permissible content removed]. No ethics here. All of 'em gave me a line of BS salesman, then manager, then general manager who gave me the tax, 500 dollar gas card, blah blah shell game fast talking BSAvoid Wolfchase Honda

We sat for two hours and finally we were called to the finance person quoted us a payment 75 dollars per month over our max. After the long wait the family… had already got their heart set on the vehicle and I gave in and paid more than we agreed on. The dealer explained the options on it and I asked ifi it had satellite radio and he set it did. When I got out the owners manual I figured out it didn't. Took the car to car wash a week after we bought it and found the paint was peeling off the back bumper. The dealer said they would make it right but the service manager said it was a wreck. It spiraled down to a finger pointing contest and the paint has still never been fixed. Honda America just agrees with the dealer. Purchase 2008 Accord EX V6
by ramjet1 on 03/14/2008We made two visits to this dealer before finally buying. The gentleman we dealt, Mr. Fred Mack, made the buying experience very comfortable. He was very accomodating, no pressure, and had plenty of knowledge of his product. I have already… recommended this dealership and Mr. Mack to other people I know looking for a new vehicle. I gain nothing from recommending this deal or Mr. Mack. Woflcahse Honda and Mr. Fred Mack, made what I consider a painful experience, buying a new car, a very pleasurable one.My first new car (CR-V) purchase is also a nice experience with Mr. Mack. He is an honest and friendly businessman. I got my new car at the same day and the tax info mailed to my local tax collector within 3 business days. I still cannot believe I got my new car without 'trick, push, trap...'. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mack to somebody around me

by twintrouble63 on 05/22/2014updated 08/04/2025Sticker price dealer only. Not recommended if you want a fair deal. This was the only dealer in the area that had the color and model we wanted on their lot, so we had to use a prearranged price from our bank to get a discount. Then the… salesman misled us on the remote start option and didn't tell us we would have to carry two separate key fobs not just the one he showed us (there were no Odysseys on the lot with the remote start already installed so he couldn't demo it). After the purchase and installation of the remote start, the dealer couldn't even show us how it worked and told us to just read the owners manual. We still haven't figured out how to use all the other electronic features. Once the dealer gets their money, they forget about you and don't provide any additional services. I even talked to the manager who didn't seem to care.
