Old fashioned service like it should be!
by Catherine H on 08/01/2024Austin at Harper’s Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge went above and beyond in taking care of me and my husband when we bought a used Toyota Highlander that had just come in as a trade. It had not even been cleaned up yet. It had a small dent as well.… He had the car detailed, serviced and the dent completely fixed! I came to pick it up 4 business days after we bought it and it looked like a brand new car! So pleased! Thank you Austin!!Would recommend

Having considered a few other dealerships, I chose Harper due to several reasons: The lifetime powertrain warranty, Relatively low prices, and helpful staff. Brian provided all the information I requested… ahead of time, promptly and efficiently. Once we went in he was very helpful with every step before, during, and after the sale. Dream vehicle

He answered questions with ease and helped get everything set up for me… to pick up the vehicle. This was especially helpful because I was coming from another state to him and his dealership to purchase the vehicle. I truly appreciate all his help from the beginning to the end. It was the best experience that my husband and I had buying a car. This dealer and our salesman Tony Cole was very straightforward and worked diligently to earn our business. We could… not be more pleased with this transaction as Tony did everything possible to make this deal including finding us all the incentives he could. When we arrived to purchase the vehicle everything was exactly as he promised and we were treated with the upmost respect. No pressure was made on us to buy and we were allowed to test drive the vehicle and did a complete walk around of the vehicle back on the lot without anyone bothering us. Tony was great in answering any questions we had and even got in the Jeep with us after purchase and went over everything about the vehicle with us before we headed home. Thanks Harper Jeep and especially Tony Cole for making this a fantastic buying experience. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the market for one of your products again..Fantabulous experience!!!

Not only did I get a newer and better truck, it had the Harper Care. Also… the finance office worked with me to get the Harper Car Plus within my budget, for added peace of mind. I would highly recommend visiting the dealership when you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.Great service
