by kristinduncan on 02/24/2017I sat in the dealership for 5 hours to make a purchase. The salesman tried to convince me that I was getting a good interest rate but had no idea of what the interest rate was, at the final signing for the price of the car the total price… was $900 higher than what I already explained that I wasn't going to pay in order to seal the deal. When completing the finance documents at 9:30pm I explained that I didn't want anything extra that they had to offer due to the bad experience with the salesman...... I was told that the rate would be lowered and a warranty would be given to me and no additional cost was never disclosed to me. When making my first car payment I noticed that the original loan amount was higher than what I originally signed, I called the finance company to find out that I was charged for the warranty that I explained I didn't want from the dealership. These people do not look out for the best interest of the customer. They only care what they are able to sell and try to justify " oh well its only $10-$20 extra on your payment", they only care about themselves. There are better dealerships than JT KIA of Rock Hill.Salesman was the best!
by aputnam on 01/31/2017We felt like we were buying form a friend not someone that we had JUST met. My husband even ate lunch with our salesman, Will. He did everything in his power to make sure we were getting the car we wanted for the price we could afford.Great 10 stars if it was up there ..........
by pennyperkins1 on 12/05/2016All I can say if JT KIA made us feel at home , I came with my 78 year old mama looking for a car for her and Trey Odom and the use car manager Buck made me feel like they had knew us for years . I felt like we was sitting in my home having… a cup of coffee why buying a car Mr J.T these guys worked very hard for my mother and never let us no that time was passing. hours later making sure she got into the right car that she felt safe in hats go off to these two guys and here are your 10 stars **********Excellent Customer Service

I've purchased two Kias from these guys and both experiences were pleasant. They are knowledgeable, friendly and fair. The dealership is always clean,… and they will go out their way to get you the car you want even if not in stock. The service department also is very goodBest Customer Service

Reasonable prices and offered $500 more for my trade in than anywhere else. Not the… biggest dealership but super friendly people.
