Just did my 90,000 mile routine maintenance and had yet again, another incredible service experience. Doug in their… customer service department is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. by Sven on 12/09/2020Went in to see if they could find the source to a grinding noise on the front driver’s side tire. Showed it to the mechanic, who was very nice/mindful. They concluded that the tire needed to be replaced. I payed them the $130 diagnostic fee… and went on my way. Upon driving home, the check tires light is on and tire pressure is normal— I’d like a follow up on the issue.Friendly, professional, expensive

They appear to have done an excellent job although I was very disappointed at having to spend $2500 on a clutch at 40000 miles. Just out of warranty. So the… bottom line is that I took it to a dealer because I thought I could get a break from corporate since I just missed the warranty and I would consider this a powertrain item (still covered). I didn’t get any breaks and next time will take it to an independent. I wouldn’t buy from them only because I wont buy another VW.Quick service

There have been a couple of times that I've needed last minute repairs and… they fit me in quickly, despite their busy service center. My car always comes back running great and clean.Not Covid 19 safe
by TaHug on 05/05/2020No protection but a bottle of hand sanitizer. No social distancing practices. 2 workers drove my car with the windows closed and no protection. Greasy finger prints were left on my door handle. My seats, steering wheel nothing was covered.… No face masks nor gloves were worn by any staff member. Customers were not required to wear Face masks Not acceptable during this time.Great Dealership

I went in for a routine recall appointment which was expedited quickly and efficiently. My service technician, Doug, was friendly… and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with assisting me with various questions in regards to my vehicles equipment and accessories. Thank you Doug!!!! They informed me that my vehicle was under warranty. They gave me a loaner vehicle and… they got my vehicle to me on the day they set.
